- Sadly, through cowardice, indifference, or fear of their own Bishop, (instead of 'Fear of the Lord') many modernist liberal Priests continue to place our mortal bodies before our immortal souls by preaching more about the world's climate than the climate of sexual sins in the world, so it logically follows that sermons on the planet and saving endangered species have become the norm, while sermons about protecting children in the womb and protecting the elderly from new Euphanasia laws have become extremely rare!
Sermons on saving trees are now deemed more important than teaching us how to save our souls.
The teaching on Christ's Real Presence in the Eucharist is considered less important than loving your neighbor - YOU HAVE TO LOVE GOD FIRST! Teaching our children that receiving the Holy Eucharist without being in a State of Grace is actually a Mortal Sin, is no longer preached from most pulpits.
Is it any wonder that the lines for Communion are much, much longer than those for Confession?
Only God knows how many of His flock receive Him in a state of mortal sin because they have not been instructed by their Pastors.
As the Book of Ezekiel warns very clearly.. WE will DIE in our sins, but God will require the BLOOD from THEIR (the Pastors') hands !!!!
EZEKIEL'S TASK AS A WATCHMAN
CH 3: 16-20
At the end of seven days the word of the Lord came to me: “Son of man, I have made you a watchman for the people of Israel; so hear the word I speak and give them warning from me. When I say to a wicked person, ‘You will surely die,’ and you do not warn them or speak out to dissuade them from their evil ways in order to save their life, that wicked person will die for their sin, and I will hold you accountable for their blood. But if you do warn the wicked person and they do not turn from their wickedness or from their evil ways, they will die for their sin; but you will have saved yourself.
“Again, when a righteous person turns from their righteousness and does evil, and I put a stumbling block before them, they will die. Since you did not warn them, they will die for their sin. The righteous things that person did will not be remembered, and I will hold you accountable for their blood. But if you do warn the righteous person not to sin and they do not sin, they will surely live because they took warning, and you will have saved yourself.”
Love listening to Fr Corapi, he shoots from the hip, say yes when you mean yes, say no when you mean no, he doesn't speak sophistry, man who loves God 🙏🙏🙏🇮🇪

Keep talking Mother. You, too Father. I experienced this "centering approach" at an overnight retreat center in January. I left the next morning. It happened again at another retreat during a reflection on the stations of the cross. I left early. A woman did rebuke the situation. I admired her courage and am trying to garner mine.

I pray 4 them All - who kept the sacraments from Us during that time.
50 Priests in early Covid - residing in the town St. Pope John the 23rd, was born in... ( Italy) All died of Covid, in the end. Many were elderly. They refused 2 stop caring 4 the sick/ dying, & loved Christ enuf 2 get the Sacraments, 2 their flock.
I wonder why Pope Francis has not beatified these men? My guess? - that will not happen.
Here wer some courageous, loving, Holy Men of God. Doing what Christ did - "offering their lives 2 save the souls of their Flock."

Yessss! THAT was a truly monumentally BAD decision, to succumb to the twisted evil designs of the so-called authorities of the world, and keep from us the greatest Gift of sacrifice known to Mankind!
Even going to confess our SINS was squelched terribly! SO many priests followed along, in defiance of Jesus' commands..
YET, we had a few good ones who didn't bend. A local church had a pastor who never missed saying a Mass, nor did he require anyone to wear a mask. He also said a Latin Mass once every Sunday, and a Novus Ordo as well. The churches' Altar had never changed either, and he still says Mass facing Christ along with the rest of the Faithful. ✝And he's a Roman Catholic Priest over here in Southeast Michigan!
I put those Priests you speak of, and all of them who defied authority for Christ's sake as likened to Saint Damian of Malachi in Hawaii, who died of leprosy while improving the people's lives and souls at the same time.
