i like, clicked into a different tab to do something else for a moment and I'm not even sure why I was surprised to see you with a perkeo at a minute forty into a run
57:40 - I've been playing with some rather silly mods, where you often have to deal with cards this stacked up. With that experience, I suggest clicking on the bottom of the cards when selecting, since the one you click will move up as its selected, and you can easily click the one underneath. Since you are only ever dealing with the top two cards in that stack, that can let you easily get to the second one no matter how dense the pile is, just click the bottom of the last card twice. Also, when trying to order over a hundred jokers, it can help to hold the joker on the cursor way down, and look at the "gap" that appears in the jokers at the top, to be able to tell where you are moving it. Nothing says you have to keep a card horizontally in line with the other cards when moving them, all that matters is how much it moves left and right, not up and down. Might not be useful to you now, but it might help someone else in the future. Apparently the other option is a controller will let you cycle through each card one by one, but if you are dealing with so many cards at once that you need to break a controller out just to manage them better... mayhaps that is a sign that it is time to stop.
I thought "Wouldn't it be possible to get -1 ante by buying hieroglyph, skipping for the reroll tag then buying petroglyph?" But then I realized that in order to do that you'd have to beat the first blind, skip the second then you'd have to play the boss to see the shop.

I haven't unlocked hit the road, so first joker pack gave me brainstorm and the second one is blueprint, with that start probably going to see what can I do with the seed, very nice.
When I played with this seed, from the first Buffoon pack, instead of the Hit the Road, I got a Brainstorm, and then in the second Buffoon pack the Brainstorm was replaced by a Blueprint O_O

best joker to stake like this - is joker stencil. they counts them selfs and other copies of it, like empty spot. Imagane 10 of joker stencils (5 negative and 5 normal or what ever other sile) it x10 mult 10 times! it insane!
At 1:34:50, isnt it better if you sold one of the perkeos instead of the banana? It would have done the same thing and you cound have kept the brainstorm until later, so you could make the banana negative and have one extra right?

i wonder if having approximately Too Many negative uncommon jimbers + some baseball cards is a possible infinite setup my math says you'd need 1750 1.5x effects to hit that, but some amount of those can be mitigated by the actual effect of your jimbers. like, say your actual jimber effects get you a score of about 500k before any baseball. Then you only need 1726, which could be done with 36 baseballs and 48 uncommons

How on earth do you figure out stuff very deep into the run? Like rerolling 48 times or whatever to line up the negative tag? Do you have to play through the full run again and again? Or is there some way to save and reload the previous round so you don't have to redo everything?
What goes into the process of scouting seeds? Is it just a lot of trial and error while taking notes? I've been thinking about getting into seed scouting myself and getting pointers on that would be greatly appreciated.

i like to think about chaos the clown as worth as much as the last reroll you do per round on seeded, because if you know how many rerolls you must do in a shop. If you need to reroll 4 times, without the clown it costs 5+6+7+8=$26, but with the clown it costs 0+5+6+7=$18, so a $8 difference, kind of not that related to the video but its an interesting thought
You can extend this to a whole ante where: if, for example, you need 12 rerolls to find a specific joker, you would split it into 26*3=$78 without clown, and 18*3=$54 with clown, so that's a $24 value over 3 rounds, (which is $8 per round, since you are rerolling 4 times per shop just like the above comment).
also, since i'm doing the math, if you would reroll just 1 shop for those 12 rerolls, it would take $126 without clown and $110 with clown. So, by spreading out your 12 rerolls you are saving $48 without the clown, and $56 with the clown. So it is even more worthwhile to spread out your rerolls when you have the clown.
If we, for example needed 36 rerolls in an ante, it would cost $810 to do it all in a single shop without clown, and $770 with clown, so a $40 value, but if we spread our rerolls throughout the ante evenly, it would cost $378 without clown, and $330 with clown so that's a $48 value over 3 rounds. You can create a backup of your save file by copying it. Periodic backups allow you to go back a little bit without starting over from the beginning.

In the interest of nitpicky optimization, at about 25:20 you should have used the Temperances before selling Baron. Great vid!
Perkeo and Brainstorm have enough sell value from Gift Card that the Temperance is worth the $50 even without Baron
