What do you think of the E-M1X and it's high res & live composite features?
High Resolution Tripod mode is 80mp raw and 50mp JPEG.
Nice introduction to Olympus features but I would point out :
Hi res tripod mode is also available on the EM1 mkII (and the EM5 mkIII I believe).
Live composite is available on all current OMD bodies so you don't need the EM1X specifically for this.
I really enjoyed your video! Great work at the end with those fires and wow, what shots this camera produces! Many greetings from Germany. Merry Christmas! Alfredo
@@papa.alfredo thank you, merry Christmas to you too!
Great pictures. I need to practise with this camera a bit more. I'm also glad to see that you are working with Olympus in landscapephotography.
Thanks for watching!
I was a Nikon shooter and made the switch to Olympus in 2016 with the purchase of the EM1 Mark II, now have the Mark III. I have the 12-40mm, 40-150 mm, 25mm Pro and 60mm Macro lenses. I love the micro 4/3 system, will never go back to FF!!
Thank YOU! Much appreciated! now to figure out how to get that steel wool setup...
Very cool video Craig. Really nice work!
Thanks a lot, appreciate it
hi im alex i use nikon mirrorless at the moment but actually looking at this camera for wildlife but still keep my current setup for other styles but i do like doing a long exposure photography especially of waterfalls and waves etc so sounds awesome i think handheld is 50mp high res and on tripod u can get a 80mp high res shot i think not too sure though what lens were u using with it
Is the em1x worth the wieght vs em1 markiii
Tripod Hi-Res is a 80 mpix RAW file and handheld is 50 mpix RAW file and charge time is if you are using a flash
Nice one Craig. Enjoyed the video, thanks for sharing.
Cheers Adrian, thanks for watching!
Awesome images!!! Need to check out this location, both high res and live comp shots are crackin' 👏😁
Cheers Krisztina! Thanks for watching 😊 definitely check out Severn Beach, some great sunsets down there 🤙🏼
How does it compare to the A7riii Craig?
I'd go with the A7R III all day mate
@@CraigPittsYe?Any reason why bud?.
@@agrs1974 It's just a far more powerful camera , the Olympus has some cool features but I'd go with the Sony every time
@@CraigPitts Its just solely for wildlife mate. Thsnks for your input.
I like the steelwhool shots
Good job
Thanks Jose
Notice the chem trails behind him in the beginning?!!... nice video, though!
Top work buddy!
Hey Matty, appreciate it mate, thank you!
I can't believe you are so worried about that very calm water.
