I bought a bottle of chenin Blanc yesterday. I don't recall the name / brand. But I purchased it at my local grocery store. Looking forward to trying a glass of it later today.
Feel like I’m experienced after tasting my first Chenin Blanc. And ended up listening to Jimi Hendrix ARE YOU EXPERIENCED? while on my #? Wine glass. Made awesome shrimp scampi and poured a glass. My very first white wine I was blown away drinking. Its officially my Jimi Hendrix salute vino. No idea what the lyrics means but i had an experience. South Africa Chenin Blanc in a mystery box.
I love Chenin and I love Hendrix. My favorite album is Axis: Bold as Love. It's a more obscure cut that he made right before he died and was getting pretty experimental. Cheers!
So did you actually drink it,though? And get the buzz which is the only good thing about the stuff,other than the cheapness which doesn't at all make it worth the taste and smell? I just have this vision of you chugging the light pink glass and then the dark pink one in an ah,screw it,what the hell,may as well fashion and then cringing with discust because of the taste and smell,because well,why waste a drink that is already poured and can give a small buzz after forcing the glasses down,even if it is rot gut. Lol Edit-I must have gotten confused. This comment was supposed to be posted on the Mad Dog video. 😂

Nice video, agreed Chenin is a great value given the quality it can reach. The pronunciation is actually “she-non” rather than “she-nin”
