This is so sweet. I was thinking when you said the background got a little fuzzy, it would be a nice effect for city lights, maybe a little village in the background with their lights lit up for Christmas, or a pathway of lamps in a park. All sorts of cool ideas, thank you for the inspiration!
This is amazeballs. Although the background is fuzzy, I think it adds to giving the foreground real emphasis and it's like looking into a secret snow garden
Lou, you are just AMAZING 👏 😍 ❤ You can be as critical as you like, but I think this is just BEAUTIFUL. I always love and admire your work so much, you really put every ounce of "you", into all you do. Like many others I admire your work and the way you are so humble, when you basically are a bloody genius lady! Love you dearly my dear friend, thank you for your video and your time. XX
Oooh! Another layered resin painting! I absolutely _loved_ the last one you did - the coastal scene - which I think was a retirement gift for someone? This too is sublime, Louise. More layered resin paintings, pretty please!! 🤍❄
Enjoyed very much. I didn’t know you had to add so many layers of resin for your snow globe but it was worth it because it turned out beautifully. Thank you much ❤
Louise, you never cease to amaze me with all of your creative ideas! I think you could have been an engineer....but then we wouldn't have had the opportunity to learn from you. Thank you for all that you do! ☃️🌨️❄️☃️
Louise, you make always amazing things. You are such a great artist. Thank you for the inspiration. It is a privilege to watch your video's. Thank you so much and greetings from the Netherlands.
🤩 Brilliant! And brilliant use of the cake pans 👌 I think it’s lovely as it is Louise. It doesn’t even need the glitter.. just the amazing depth is mind blowing. I get the concept I’m just saying. Thanks for sharing 🌹🌹
Very nice Louise. I see what you mean about your second layer of clouds. I think it might have been ok if you hadn't been quite so heavy handed with them!😂 As it is though, I think your branches covered most of them up, even to the point that it could almost be snow clumped on the branches. Thx for sharing your talent and creativity with us!💜
FABULOUS, Lou! ❤ I love it, love it!! ❤❤❤ Your painting...how I wish I was a painter! The snow, trees, clouds, branches...all so wonderful! I like that lively robin, too. They're one of my favorite birds. I have *always* loved snow globes, ever since childhood. They were always magical worlds for me. 😊 If I were a collector type, I would collect them quite happily. Instead, I collect art and craft supplues! 😅 Oh, that wonderful Shaved Ice is by Stampendous, available on Etsy, Amazon, and several other places. That made me happy to find it, as it's really gorgeous stuff!
Oh Louise it’s so so pretty!!! You are so talented 😊 Do you know what would look Epic?? If you wanted to have another go you could do your gorgeous blue background again with the snow but instead of trees you could paint Mount Fuji with the lovely snow cap and because it’s a bigger pic , if the glycerin is fogging it it wouldn’t matter cause it’s a bigger painting and when you do the branches you could paint them like this but add cherry blossoms 🌸 I’m only suggesting it because it’s what I’d do if I copied your idea but I don’t have the talent to execute it 😂😂😂😂🤷🏼♀️
Your snow globe is beautiful! You always do such an amazing job of figuring out the process, along with your wonderful creations.. it’s what I love most about your videos. Working out what you’ll need to do each step of the way is such an added fun challenge and ultimately much more satisfying.
Louise, this is so beautiful and such a fun project. I’ve been thinking about making some snow globe ornaments. I love that you added hand painted details.
That is so beautiful! I really love it! The expanding paste is really cool. I haven't heard of that before. I love the trees! It's a shame they're not more in focus. The branches are amazing too! I've never been good at painting, so I doubt I would be able to do as well. It's really such a wonderful piece of art!
Oh my goodness just love this! I love the background. And yes I tore my kitchen apart once looking for a cake pan I knew there was 2 they were stuck together
Absolutely beautiful!!! So in love with this. You have such amazing talent hunni. I Absolutely adore your videos 😍🥰 Would have loved to have seen what the back looked like too.
Louise, this is so lovely 🥰. Your creativity is inspiring. Not that this snow globe needs anything else, but I could also picture it on a base that made it light up
In other videos I've seen creating snowballs, I've seen people use baby oil instead of water with glycerin. Maybe it has a little more viscosity. In any case, it is very pretty. 😊
Just stunning..♥️♥️♥️♥️ I have used contact lens solution as it is pure..Also,instead of glycerin, try the magic slime solution from Elmer’s glue...it is amazing for snow globes..I also don’t leave a bubble..it actually makes it flow faster..I degas mine overnight and add more liquid if I need to...
When I've made glitter "time out" jars, to slow down the glitter without the fuzzy or blurring effect, I used crystal clear Elmer's glue along with glitter glue and adding extra glitter of course with water. This takes quite allot of experimenting ahead of time to get the consistency of the glue and water to where you want it and it will change over time if you alter your material brands or if the glue sits too long, etc. You just want to make sure to prepare it all outside your globe first so you are happy with the glitter you've chosen and the settling rate. Use warm-hot water to keep the glue more fluid or it can glob up.

Oooh cool idea Jennifer, Santa’s village would be awesome 🤩
I like the trees in the distance. It makes everything pop more.
This is amazeballs. Although the background is fuzzy, I think it adds to giving the foreground real emphasis and it's like looking into a secret snow garden

Hi Louise, absolutely beautiful. If you use baby oil instead of glycerine and water it will flow slower and won’t be Misty. 😊
Very nice kinda like your looking out a window.
