I have doubt in the last of lessons you asked a question where there is 110 amino synthesis you said there is start codon tha AUG and at end UAA stop and asked how many nucleotides there will be ans should be 333 according to me because stop codon don't code any amino acid but they are nucleotide so it can't be 330 you have not considerd those 3 nucleotides.

Why not 336, 3 for stop and 3 for start codon?

Yes according to the definition of coding region it is started from start codon to 1st stopcodon so the ans will be 333
