Daniel Rivas ... I would have but I didn't have a tripod with me and it's a little bit hard to pull seals and film all the exact same time so I basically gave a generalization that it can be done simply even from somebody that doesn't know anything about nothing...
Hey, I am helping a neighbor with the same chair. Goes up but not down. when I took it apart, I noticed the piston cylinder on hers was not attached to the top like this one is... it was down in the pump housing. I wonder if that is her problem... the cylinder came off the top part... I will try again tomorrow.

This Salon Chair requires the following seals: 1 No. 12mm x 20mm x 7mm Metric Double Lipped Rotary Shaft Oil Seal 2No. 37mm Outer Dia 3mm Thick Rubber O Rings 3No. 32mm Outer Dia 3.5mm Thick O Rings 2No. 75mm Outer Dia 3.5mm Thick O-Rings These can all be purchased on Ebay individually
You can buy a rebuild kit online. I repaired a chair today. There is an o ring before the seal I was able to buy one locally and that stopped the leaking
Our chair was moved by holding the arm rests, the piston came all the way up and now the chair does not go down. How did you open the unit to check on the piston inside? Are there bolts on the underside?

Cache Beauty Supply has the complete seal kits, make sure you order the correct ones for your size ram.
Ana I just used jack oil...you can get it at WalMart
where did u get your seal from?
I have a question did you put some kind of oil inside the pump if so what kind and exactly where? to get it to pump.

Just use jack oil you can get it from like Walmart,Canadian Tire, Lordco or napa
