  • Try out these delicious homemade bagels with cottage cheese.
    Ingredients:
    • 200g cottage cheese
    • 2 eggs
    • 50g cheese
    • 100g flour
    • 1/2 tsp baking powder
    Instructions:
    1. In a bowl combine cottage cheese, eggs, cheese, flour and baking powder.
    2. Mix until well combined and form the dough into a smooth "sausage". Divide the dough into 4 equal parts.
    3. Roll each part into a "sausage" shape, then form each into a ring shape to make bagels. Seal the ends together.
    4. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) in convection mode.
    5. Place the bagels on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
    6. Enjoy your homemade bagels with your favorite filling!
