    Thanks for the video. Interested in purchasing one of these and not much out there for reviews.

      That's what I noticed when I did my research. It's been a year so maybe I should do a follow up review. Thanks for watching and commenting. I'd go for it unless your looking for something fast for trails. I just hunt and do farm chores with mine.

    Great Video, did you say you did not need your wheel spacers? I am in need of new tires, and would like to do what you did because of my garage door restrictions. Thanks again

      I did not. As a matter of fact, I just saw them in my garage yesterday all dusty.

    Thank you for the video. I ordered the AT489 25X11-10 tires (589308) for my 2006 Trans 4X4 Mule 3010. The tire is Speced at 7 PSI operating pressure and states to use Bead Lock Rims. I see you have the stock rims like I do. Any issues with the Beads breaking free? What tire pressure do you run?

    • @tjsfarmandfamily
      @tjsfarmandfamily  2 роки тому

      I haven't had any issues at all and truthfully, I don't know my exact air pressure. Thanks for commenting.

    Thank you, for the video. I am considering moving to a 25" tire for my 4010 as well. Did you notice any significant increase in speed or loss of power in low range? I'm concerned that with the additional diameter (effectively decreasing the final drive ratio numerically), I'll lose hill climbing ability at at slow speeds. Its about an 8.7% increase in diameter vs the 23". Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

      Definitely not a significant increase in speed, they are not speed demons as you know. Mine climbs grades fine, actually much better, because of the superior tread but I don't climb a lot of grades like on trail rides. I use it around the house and in my woods and it does great.

      I had a 2005 Trans Mule with a 2” lift kit and 27” tires and it excellent power I went anywhere I wanted. Through creeks up steep hills and down hills and anywhere off-road with no problems 👍

      @@OmarFlores-xv3fm I got the 27” rocktane tires at Discount Tire in Houston Tx. It did not effect the climbing performance at all.It might have ben slightly slower from a dead stop I could not tell because I always was carrying a good load. I could tell the top speed was a a little faster. With extra ground clearance the performance was greatly improved when I was off-road.I was very satisfied with the improvements I made. Hope that helps you.

    Did you lose any power going up to 25s? I’d really like to bump up to that size , but just concerned about power loss.

      I have not noticed any significant difference.

    Do the front tires rub at all? And how about with a plow did that squat it in the front and cause any rubbing while turning or anything? Thanks

  • @korycoleman

    I would think a 25x10x12 would give a guy even more room?? Buying a 23 model soon and looking to upgrade but don’t want to mess with the lift. On yours, if it were to rub would it be more likely to happen from the height or the width? Thanks!!

    I will be buying the same Mule today only the 2022 model. It looks to me like you can even go with bigger tires if you want to, is that correct?

    • @tjsfarmandfamily
      @tjsfarmandfamily  2 роки тому

      I'm not sure. I think it would be pretty close to maxed out when turning but yours may have slightly different dimensions. Still love mine.

      @@tjsfarmandfamily Thanks for the reply. The Kawasaki place had sold the one like yours so I had to dig deeper and buy the Mule PRO-FXT that had a two inch lift kit and bigger tires already installed from the factory.

    Was your top speed reduced by the larger tires?

      Not that I am aware of, but it doesn't have a speedo.

      @@tjsfarmandfamily you might be able to take the front tire on either side and put it on the rear on the opposite side and vise versa. I have the fxr model and love it 😀. I looked again and the left front needs to be on right rear and you may be good.
