Handmade cards are a great way to spread joy and positivity, and the split negative card technique is an easy and creative way to make beautiful cards in no time.
📌 Have you ever created a split negative card? I hope you give it a go. Just find those big stamps and create!
Supplies You Need For Split Negative Card:
To begin, you'll need to gather a few supplies for your split negative cards. You’ll need....
👉 Cardstock in 2 colors
👉 Stamparatus (or another type of stamp positioner)
👉 Heat Embossing supplies - Heat tool, VersaMark ink, Embossing powder, Embossing Additions Tool Kit
👉 Circle dies (I used Layering Circles but Stylish Shapes would also work)

Great tips Connie! I’ve been a hobby stampers with stampin up for 5 years now and I did not know about waiting for my embossing to dry. No wonder I didn’t like embossing! Maybe know I’ll expand my horizon with embossing🤗🦋
Debra, I am glad you picked up a tip. It really does make a difference to just let it sit for a minute.
cant wait to try!!!

Oh YES...I love the dry embossing. Adds such interest to the basic cardstock. Another thought...I have done this before and when I switched the pieces (your circles) I popped them up on the dimensionals. Just a little something for people to experiment with! Thanks for the always fun and informative videos. ***OOOOPPS...I should have waited to the end! The only difference is that you popped the "mat" portion of the card up. I popped the "cut out" portion. Both add great interest!!!
Pam, thank you for your ideas and for watching. I appreciate it.
wonderful cards. ihave this set so I will be making them
Bonnie, I hope you will have fun making them.
