good recipe here are some things to make it a bit better in my opinion: -put 4 tbls of milk usually it’ll work better -the taste is a bit bland so try putting a bit more sugar in it -try putting vanilla sugar in it aswell to give a little more taste -Even a small pinch of salt will give more taste
Ok guys, after reading the comments of people who have tried this, and trying it myself a couple times now, I think I found a recipe that solves the dry issue and comes out a bit richer in taste; All Purpose flour - 2 tbsp White sugar - 1½ tbsp Cocoa powder - ½ tbsp Baking Powder - ¼ tsp Oil - 1 tbsp Milk - 3 tbsp Nutella - 1 tbsp I actually like to mix in the Nutella for a richer taste, rather than having just the one dollop in there, so I warm up the tablespoon of Nutella separately prior to mixing it in to make it easier to combine. I also increased the time in the microwave to 1:15. Thanks so much for this video!! I'm obsessed with this mug cake!!

It’s just so fricking amazing like the cake is kinda spongie in a way and it’s really moist even though it’s just made in the microwave. I like to bake mine for 30 more seconds just to make sure it’s done and then put some pieces of chocolate on top as soon as it’s out so the chocolate melts on top. Everyone I know absolutely loves this recipe and I call it the “Triple Chocolate Lava Cake”. It’s also so easy to make and remember the recipe and just tastes like pure delicious bliss. Thank you for making this amazing recipe.
Without Nutella: I used a handful of walnuts, finely chopped, and added to the dry mix. Used an 8-oz glass (not thick - not thin walls, rather thick bottom). Combined oil with the dry mix completely before adding milk. Came out great! Sweetness was just right, too!

I've made this mug cake so many times already. It tastes so so good! I switched out the cocoa powder with ovo maltine powder (since that's the only thing I had at home) and it worked perfectly fine too :)
Alright guys, if you don't have cocoa powder you probably have hot chocolate powder. Use that, it worked for me. Edit: You can also use melted chocolate instead of nutella
@@Sirdiggar depends on the company, I guess. Here in Germany, we have a really sweet and chocolatey "Hot Chocolate" Powder (In Germany it is also called Cacao powder, cause Cacao is chocolate milk drink, here) It just tased perfect, and should fit well in such a mug cake :)
My thoughts on this: When I tasted it it was AMAZING. I thought it wouldn’t work, but you really have to mix thoroughly because I didn’t mix mine properly at the bottom so some of it at the bottom wasn’t that cooked.

Just made this. The only thing I would suggest you check out is the microwave watt. Mine was 800 so it didn't cook all the way at a minute. If you have a 800 watt microwave cook it for 1,45

If it's any comfort to you - I tried it and it tastes hella weird. Might have gotten something wrong - perhaps confused sugar with salt or the milk was actually spoilt, or too much baking soda, but I feel kinda sick now. So be glad you're dieting. All the best :')

This works!! Try it and make sure you cover the Nutella a bit with cake batter so that it doesn’t end up burning. Tip: add a drizzle of honey at the top.
Made this with my sister - it was rlly tasty only we both were getting too carried away and forgot to add the sugar lmao!! It made up for the reason why it wasn't sweet however that was our own fault and after adding lots of sugar on top it tasted great!! We will defo make again (with sugar!!) and maybe even try different flavours! Would definitely recommend to you to do this as it is rlly quick and simple and tasty!! ❤️❤️❤️
you can also just do: -two tbsp of self raising flour -five scoops of nutella -splash of milk -half or a whole egg (depending on the size of the mug) put it in the microwave for one minute and ur done! ❥

This channel's recipes work really well. The only thing I'd suggest is doubling the recipe if you'd like it to fill a mug.
When its ramadan and you have all the ingrediense but have to wait to iftar to make the cake but then you realize that after you ate food your gonna be full.... rip us

I used butter instead of oil and peanut butter instead of nutella because I didn't had any and all the markets are closed, and still tastes delicious

This works!! Try it and make sure you cover the Nutella a bit with cake batter so that it doesn’t end up burning. Tip: add a drizzle of honey at the top.
Made this with my sister - it was rlly tasty only we both were getting too carried away and forgot to add the sugar lmao!! It made up for the reason why it wasn't sweet however that was our own fault and after adding lots of sugar on top it tasted great!! We will defo make again (with sugar!!) and maybe even try different flavours! Would definitely recommend to you to do this as it is rlly quick and simple and tasty!! ❤️❤️❤️

you can also just do:
-two tbsp of self raising flour
-five scoops of nutella
-splash of milk
-half or a whole egg (depending on the size of the mug)
put it in the microwave for one minute and ur done! ❥

Quick tip,swap cocoa powder with nesquik! It's literally the perfect ,easy chocolate fudge cake on with some chocolate syrup

@@Oliver-wv4bd They didnt melt completely. But I chopped it into very tiny pieces, im sure youll get the wanted effect if u put a bigger piece of chocolate in center.
(btw its really hard to tell bc its all the same color)
