The build quality seems very good and I’ve had no issues so far regards reliability. I think everything will be fine as long as you wax the rails and string often. Also use good quality bolts, not damaged ones. I think I might upgrade the scope to something better in the future.
Thanks for watching and comment. I have not done any testing like that against wood. But l imagine it would depend on the hardness of the wood and also the type of bolt head used. I’ve seen a video of a normal crossbow bolt able to penetrate a metal frying pan. Shooting at such a hard surface is likely to cause damage to the crossbow bolt itself. My guess to try and answer your question would be several inches.
Wow very nice. Just wondered about reliability - do you see the blade lasting a long time and what’s the maintenance like?

Thanks - so the scope is pretty basic? How far roughly does the 4x allow you to shoot?
Hi Looks good 👌
Thanks mate 👍
What thickness of wood, timber decking say, do you think the bolt would penetrate with that crossbow

Just wanted to ask does the stock move at all I know that’s a random question
It does move so you can adjust it. But you need to unscrew an Allen bolt. No quick release I’m afraid.
how far were you shooting
15m
