brother Jolly you did a good effort but with due apology i have to say that the concept given by you is not totally right. like at @22:30, you said in case of meu (service rate)>lambda (arrival rate), there will be no queue but in real there will be queue and that is what we will be calculating in queuing theory and waiting time in queue and in system for this case. I hope people will understand this concept thoroughly in true manner. Thanks.
