Love, love, LOVE Lea! I live in the Tampa Bay area. Ground zero for Scientology. You can't swing a cat without being accosted by a Scientologist inviting you to "come see a free movie" or some such nonsense. Now, all I have to say is, I'm a friend of Lea Remini and I'll watch your movie if you'll watch Lea's. They can't run from me fast enough! It's like a Scientology repellent super power! I actually have read a few of their books. I can see why people would be dragged into it.
This is not true. Many Scientologists are doctors, nurses, lawyers, accountants, electricians, plumbers, musicians, dancers, PhDs, etc. Scientology is huge on education, study, literacy. Research ABLE - ASSOCIATION FOR BETTER LIVING and EDUCATION.

@j4Rose I have been studying Scientology since 2002... 17 years. I am quite educated! Her personal experience with getting an 8th grade education is in no way a Scientology policy. Scientologists are huge on EDUCATION and LITERACY. People please do your own research about the actual written policies of the Organization. Stop listening to hearsay.

Ron Hubbard wrote extensively on mental health in The Original Thesis, Evolution of a Science and Dianetics: The Modern Science of Mental Health. The first 3 basic books of Scientology. The difference is that we disagree with the bio-chemical "solution" that psychiatry and pharma touts as the fix to mental health issues. Anxiety, phobias, depression are real afflictions with real causes... And there are real solutions NOT just coping mechanisms that psychs offer.
I love Leah Remini. So much respect for her and the victims who are coming forward to help others.
