Jailer's Robes provide better protection, and look really good with this build. Also the barbed straight sword / shield make a great addition to this, as well as some pyromancy depending on your faith stat
I think its a testament to how good these videos are that there is 8 of them total and you already have 1k subs. Actually god like power coming from this man.
Also something I see other UA-camrs do when making builds is putting the order of how stars were pitched in the description it would make it easier to follow along but still great work 👍

I ground my way up to SL70 in that sewer area near the distant manor bonfire with this build, and the rest of the game was a cakewalk. When I got to dancer I had 40 int 24 fth and 20 dex, I used dark edge on that booty and beat her in 7-8 swipes. This build is hilarious.
Quickly want to say thank for these uploads. Most of the dark souls 3 content, or atlest the ones that associated with special builds, are 3 years old if not more. A more refreshed look, especially after elden ring release, can really help new players with game, since the other videos could seem outdated and such. Thank you and keep up good work.
Dorythys Gnawing would be a great addition. Its just deep soul with blood build up and less damage. Makes nameless king and dancer crumble and it's satisfying af to see a third of the health bar just vanish. Especially useful on bosses whete you can't get big boi soul dregs off.
Legit went out to buy ds3 after stumbling onto your guides these videos rock. Im following this one atm stuck on the crystal sage ,fuck miyazaki and his mage bosses, (looking at you rennala). I think Sideward can still save Greirat even if you've talked to him as long as you don't go into the dungeon (distant manor bonfire is okay, but don't go past that.)
I would not recommend a build like this for a newbie, instead for ur first play through go with a strength or dex build just to get to grasps with the games mechanics

This was EXCELLENT and also the first of your vids I've ever watched. Getting DSIII again ( Gave up week 2 after launch) and starting from scratch because I'm not quite up for starting NG+4 of Elden Ring just yet. Definitely liking and sub'ing and referring to your content as I dig back into DSIII. :)
i just started as a sorcerer and what did i level up first…strength and dexterity to use the uchigitana lol 😂. now i will put it all into vigor and int. some attunement to use more spells probably

Grind the sewer area by the distant manor in Irithyll with silver snake ring and the shield of want so you can get your faith up. Best thing is to buy a bunch of homeward bones from the old lady at firelink and just grind it out for an hour or two. Actually ez souls.
If you’re already in Itithyll just grab Great Deep Soul and spam the hell out of it. Get Symbol of Avarice, Gold Serpent Ring, Crystal Rapier & lots of rusted coins. From Pontiffs bonfire go outside and run the gauntlet of dark deacons. You need 10 Human dregs. Only took me 25 mins to get 10. So worth it tho. You can spam Great Deep Soul the same way but does way more damage.
I personally consider pyromancies fitting as well, so it all comes in beautifully together in my mind. I also use other set I find fitting better. I mean as far I know the witches in dark souls use/created some pyromancy like the Izalith's.
@@davimateusdelima8236 black fire orb fits perfectly into this build. It's a good big damage combo when paired with an affinity. If it's still alive after that you can probably finish it with a deep soul or two.
Izalith Staff is best when only using Dark Sorceries whereas Murky Longstaff is best if you plan to use Magic Sorceries as well. Just be wary that you might want to favor Intelligence over Faith if you are using the latter.

Does using pestilence mist count as dark or soul sorcery? So, onion knight bugged out on me when I was trying this build and patches didn’t had the armor for sell months ago 10:36😢😢😢
You have to kill patches to get seigwards armor and drop it down to him. You can also not kill patches and buy it off of him later. I recommend doing that even though it takes longer because patches sells useful items.
How in the world did you get away with attunement being so low. I understand you probably had more flasks in FP than HP but i had mine set up at a 4/2 in undead settlement because i get hit alot lol
From the roof of the building in the swampy area (where you find the court sorcerer), look towards the building where you found the key and you should be able to see a wall with a window.
If it's your first time playing, I would highly recommend to not limit yourself with a build like this one. Instead, use all sorceries you find and also try everything else you find around.
Hey do you think of doing other builds in other souls game ( especially ds2). I don’t really want you to stop making videos about other ds games. ‘Cuz my pc is not running elden ring. Probably in lowest settings. Long story in short, can you continue to make (dark souls) build videos after elden ring after it cames out? (My pc doesn’t run elden ring)
I will not abandon DS3. I still have 20+ builds planned (which could also be adapted to DS1 and DS2). However, if I want this channel to succeed, I need to get on the hype train of Elden Ring and make some content while it lasts.

Yeah DS3 in general is pretty limited by how linear it is in comparison to DS1 and 2 as well as Elden Ring. Those offer you a lot more flexibility to for stuff earlier than DS3 does.
Unfortunately, the core spell is from DLC (Dark Sorcery is kinda underwhelming in the base game). Regardless of that, it's still viable without it. You can see in the video that most of the fights I use Deep Soul for the low FP cost anyway. You could try adding some Magic Sorceries to the mix or use Dark Pyromancies (they use the same stats, you only need to switch the sorcery boosting rings for the pyromancy ones).
You only need The Ringed City to finish the build, however, I strongly suggest to just get them both. They both contain the best boss fights in the game.
I hate Irithyll. These dogs are absolutely miserable to deal with. I've never wanted to quit a game this bad. Every single area of the game has just increased in how much I dislike it and this is putting it way over the top for me.
this is the hardest time i've had playing dark souls. I hate this. But at the same time it's fun because i'm not used to sorcery and it's like i'm starting the game all over again.

Great video, but I think I would have started as a Pyromancer to dump Luck, have 12 STR for the weapon art immediately and also start with good FTH.

Its easier to kill the witch witb pestilint mist as she moves too slow to get out and she wont see it as an attack so she wont teleport away

If you beat ashes of ariendel dlc you get access to ringed city dlc. Talk to gael at cathedral of the deep.

Edit: I read it doesn't scale as well with faith as the izalith staff, but it mostly outdamages most staves at low levels.

What window do you jump to after getting the jailer key?

Why build Faith stats ?
