I am confused- New Mexico says they only accept toefl or IELTS - if I do visa screen with PTE can I get New Mexico license or do I have to do TOEFL or IELTS in addition to visa screen with PTE

I'm Fahima Khatun from Bangladesh. I'm a registered Nurse in Bangladesh and i complete my bachelor degree in nursing. I Have 6 years clinical experience in nursing. Now i want to continue my master programme in usa. But all of the university want to usa RN licences. I Have Bangladeshi RN licence. Please suggest me what to do admission in nursing Master’s programme in usa. Is i purchase my graduate Degree in usa without usa RN licences?

What's the score for PTE?. I have taken PTE in December 2021 and my overall score was 63.
