My son-in-law has a D-max & has had the turbo replaced under warranty - similar km's to your MUX. From memory, Isuzu indicated there were known issues with the turbos. For your own piece of mind, and for a relatively small cost, I would highly recommend you get either a specific scan tool or a Scangauge 2 (or 3), or an Ultragauge etc. This at least would allow you in future to scan for codes yourself, determine what is the issue and clear them. I have a scan tool specific for Toyotas, plus a Scangauge 2 on the dash of my LC200. These show me a wealth of information and allow me to see codes etc if they happen, but most importantly, auto transmission temps when towing - very, very handy. You would be surprised to see how high temps can go - if they do, you can adjust your driving, gearing etc. Just a thought !!! Glad to see everything turned out OK for you. Dave
