I've stayed at the Tresor tower and I've stayed at the resort. The fact that you have a bigger room with a balcony Rules!!!!! If you booked resort you would be in a motel 6 type room with zero view. Trust me and only book air bnb. The only advantage for resort is its much closer walk to chez bon bon and the pool and coffee.

Fouainbleau has lost its status as being a legendary hotel due to the fact it caters to the HIP HOP , GANGSTA element . The pool is filled with vermin who would be more at home in the yard at Folsom Prison .
So I'm going to have to sit and drink my coffee at 5 am by the pool to snag a chair lol and improbably will. Thank you for the review. Can't wait for our stay mid July.
