If I just ask a machine to reproduce sounds that came from another person (especially for profit without that person's permission) or just give it a bunch of inputs and tell it to go nuts and not even at least put the thing together myself, then it's just a soulless exploitation of what music really is and what musicians do. @Great Dude yeah basically. I mean, the a.i. is not what's at fault if I'm being honest. It's just doing what it was made to do and I can't really blame a tool for being used like a tool. It's how people use it and the degree they can and will use it to that bothers me or I guess worries me. A.i. is an incredibly useful thing that can do a lot of good and I'm not ashamed to admit that. Who really feels sorry for the music industry? The playingfield changes and they are just going to complain as long as they ain't in control. If they could charge you for the use of letters or accords they would. Imaterial rights and material rights are just constructs of society, the "owners" will try to put up fences around what rights they believe is theirs as long as they believe they can defend them. So the real question is how this fight is going to pan out. What types of data will be accepted as input data into ai tools that semi or fully automatically can build new immaterial things? Will they have the capacity to maintain control? Do we want them to?
What music industry? It has already been destroyed and devastated by mass copyright violation in the form of consuming original music without paying them for it. What is your job? How about we invent a technology that steals the products of your means of productions and tell you to shut up when you complain. Do you sell cars? Now cars are disappearing off car lots because of a teleportion machine. Stop complaining bro. And AI will never replace human musical artists . The best it can do is make something that sounds impressive. It can’t express anything human and deep that is the foundation of huge artists like Metallica, The Rolling Stones, Bob Dylan, and so on.
I like the chamber music, sounds so good. People complain a lot in the commentaries, I actually think that if something sounds good, is good that's it, music by real people can be bad right?example listen to Lady Gaga or Beyonce
@@ryan.1990 you do realize a majority of the people here are not Boomers, but people in our generation who see their passions threatened by a soulless machine that splices together pieces of other people's recipes for credit of being supposedly original right?

For most mainstream music I don't think there will be much difference with AI vs non AI. It's been soulless and regurgitated for decades so too bad for those "artists" lol.
Personally, I don't like AI art/music because there is not heart and effort put into them. If I destroyed one of my sister in-laws paintings I would be destroying hours if not days of work. If I did that with as art, the program could make a new one like nothing happened. As for AI music, I think John Dimaggio said it best as Bender. "(AI has) never picked cotton, or been on top of Old Smoky, or worked on anything all the live long day."
Debunking common arguments from pretentious people in this comment section. 1.) "AI generated music has no soul" Well behind every AI generated song there is a human... who spent time making it so... saying AI generated song has no soul is literally saying human behind AI has no soul which is false... 2.) "AI just regurgitates stuff from others" Um yeah.... its called SAMPLING... something that has been used in music for a long time... This is nothing new... alot of popular hits in the music scene being POP, EDM, Rap etc... uses samples. So this claim that "sampling" is somehow new and scary thing is false... sampling music is pretty old. 3.) You don't need any skill to make AI generated music. When it comes to playing... sure... but when it comes to production, musical theory, song structure etc... you need to have those skills and knowledge... the more things you know about the music the more you can specify to AI what to do and the more you specify the better outcome you will get. The difference between AI generated music and "studio" generated music is that instead of clicking and draging samples in a music making program you do it via text so the AI does that for you... thats it...

If the person was using the a.i. to reproduce and splice together their own stuff that came from them and do all these different things with it, then I'd have much less of a problem with it
@@HoV326
Then you have problem with people and not the AI itself...
AI is just a tool nothing more and nothing less.
But I do not trust people for one second to not get greedy with it and eventually abuse it for exploitative means the second they realize how easy and convenient it makes things (even that's pretty much an issue for just about anything and everything we touch)
But then you watch movies that have cgi created by a computer
I was expecting to see Ai drake tbh
uh oh. you forgot the JUKE!! WE FIGHT FOR THE JUKE!
The dude commentating is going to be replaced by ai
I'll say this: if a AI song is using a original voice with original lyrics, then I think it is OK. If it using the voice of a human singer, without their permission, then it becomes a issue
How could it ever use an original voice? It's always going to sound like someone.
@@deleted6052 Everyone has someone they sound like, as its all based on the same biology.
@@jacara1981 exactly so AI can't have an original voice, definitely not as it learns from our voices.
Imagine getting sued by drake just because you sound like him lmao
@@deleted6052 The same can be said about any human then
List doesn't even contain any AI generated music. It's all cover bands and japanese v-pop. Stop freaking out people, these were all made by human beings...
this is dehumanizing music, DEVO warned us. Kilroy Kilroy
Daddy’s Car sounds more like Apples in Stereo than the Beatles.
Ai can concoct *sounds*, but music comes from the human heart.
AI makes a song called world is mine and its a hit ! why are we humans not worried?
I am More w0+rried to R3 L+1G1 0U5 AND P0 L+I TIC C0...NF L+1CT5
For me IT'S OKAY, I AM LOVE A.I😊😊😊😊
Hatsune Miku is not AI!!! This song was made by Ryo in 2008 before AI was even a thing, they wrote their own lyrics and everything just used voice synthesizer program called Vocaloid for the vocals instead of singing it themselves. There's no AI in it.
House of Illusion | Ai generated song | Theme: Youth in the drug addiction by Silkroute just watch this
We need our old watchmojo voice back, the one Tom Holland got enthusoastic over
Mojo y’all should be ashamed of yourselves for this 🤦🏽♂️
REPUBL1C4N USE A.I TO MAKE ANTI BIDEN FAKE AD
WHY U ASHAMED?

I WANT A.I AS MY NEW PRESIDENT FOR 2024😊😊😊
GLORY TO A.I
i hate it when artists hate ai for repleacing they'r jobs, dude, it's not even stealing it's just taking inspiration of 10000+ images in the 'net
There's a Barbie themed video featuring a blue haired CGI girl dancing on the beach(in Russian)
There is something creepy about this songs that gives me a feeling like they are just straight from hell.
I find the topic of artificial intelligence incredibly fascinating, and it's amazing to see how AI is impacting so many aspects of our lives! On my own channel, I create music entirely produced by artificial intelligence, it's so interesting to see what AI can do! 🎵✨
Now we can listen to it, but what would the experience be at one of their concerts? I don't know how they could AI that!!! That's what really sells the music.
It started with the vocaloids...
Nothing original. I am going to get a AI, some equipment and go on tour. I’ll 🎵 🎤 sing, and it’ll play the music. Laugh all the way to the bank.
in the meantime we all developped a 7th sense for AI photos, let's see how it does with music.
I hate how every radio rock song is just a copy of reo speedwagon+bon jovi+ pearl jam+ green day+ linkin park in a blender
My alternative choice for who to plagiarize for every radio rock song is rush + siouxsie and the banshees + creedence clearwater revival + def leppard+ u2 + pat benatar + pantera in a blender
Couldn't get through this with the constant yapping over the music.
Thing is going to stop AI. Aside from nuclear war
"Top 10 AI Generated Songs"
includes Hatsune Miku
Here, have a dislike. 👎
We learn from ai. And ai learn from YOU
All without soul, the mathematics are supplied by a.i.
In a few years, we'll look around... We'll recognize where's reality, and where's AI(LLM)? Skyline, is that you?
with A.I. Humans will no longer be creative and awards will mean absolutely nothing becuase it was not really 'created' by an actual artist. Who did not see this coming?
lol, it evolved so fast, I can quickly make way better songs than any of these. 15 minutes for a complex one. In the last month, I made hundreds of songs in many genre. English, French and instrumental too
MISINFORMATION bruh hatsune miku IS NOT AI she's just a voicebank, like an instrument, that has to be tuned by hand. every note is just a fraction of a sound sang by a REAL HUMAN. AI is not involved anywhere in the process
I was expecting ghost writer bad bunny ft Rihanna to be on this 😳
Enjoy dudes, it doesn't change anything what you've listened before.

I thought Milli Vanilli did the first AI music/performance!
I, for one, welcome our new AI overlords.
hilarious
I think my AI music is FAAAR superior. FAAAR superior so much so, I breaks the wall and can be compared to human!
Ai cant come up with new music just regenerated versions of already made music
Imma become an AI and be AI broke
I like the chamber music, sounds so good. People complain a lot in the commentaries, I actually think that if something sounds good, is good that's it, music by real people can be bad right?example listen to Lady Gaga or Beyonce
If AI is the future of, well, everything...what will humans do on their lives?
It's actually better any Taylor Swift song I've ever heard 😎. People seem to like her music 🎶 very much. To each his own.
There is no soul to this music. I guess if we were robots, it would be ok.
Is the song “ if you want me” generated by UA-cam??
a new one involving Drake AI - Heart on my sleeves
Shallow, soulless, merely “popular “ bits
Ai Music is the future ❤❤
Please, touch up on the audio part! The commentators voice is tinsy winsy compared to the music audio you guys put up!
Metallica v Napster 2.0
Basket of magget filled vegetables. It's a NO from me.

We should not be supporting this in any way
Welcome to the future, boomer
@@ryan.1990 you do realize a majority of the people here are not Boomers, but people in our generation who see their passions threatened by a soulless machine that splices together pieces of other people's recipes for credit of being supposedly original right?
I support this in everyway. Okay, not everyway, but I am definitely wanting to see where we go with this.
@@ryan.1990 the future is robbing artists of their voices and removing the heart from the music? You probably felt so cool writing that
@harryfarias666 bro how could you say that after reading his response. Like are you even a real human being or a bot they use to push the narrative of how it’s good? It doesn’t take much foresite to see how this is a horrible terrible disrespectful idea. Maybe you sheep don’t care about music. Maybe you bots don’t have integrity. But some of us only ever had music and the words those artists said. Foh bro y’all literally are fucking everything up.
Checking if any of my favorites are on this list. Phew.😂
For most mainstream music I don't think there will be much difference with AI vs non AI. It's been soulless and regurgitated for decades so too bad for those "artists" lol.
Considering how Garbage humans, as a species are, I can't wait for the day AI replaces Humans in the Music World.
I agree
Bling bling
Heart on My Sleeve should be No.1
Personally, I don't like AI art/music because there is not heart and effort put into them.
1.) "AI generated music has no soul"
Well behind every AI generated song there is a human... who spent time making it so... saying AI generated song has no soul is literally saying human behind AI has no soul which is false...
2.) "AI just regurgitates stuff from others"
Um yeah.... its called SAMPLING... something that has been used in music for a long time...
The difference between AI generated music and "studio" generated music is that instead of clicking and draging samples in a music making program you do it via text so the AI does that for you... thats it...
The songs may be good but they have no SOUL
Kinda playing fast and loose with the definition of AI aren't you...
Billboards weekly AI cover Top 10 songs coming soon?
Yet another prediction by George Orwell that's come true.
#10 sounds a lot like a Ginastera quartet.
