    1. The effects of this exercise
    - Rotational movements are essential for neck function in daily activities, but those with neck problems have a limited range of cervical rotation. A sedentary lifestyle also limits this further. This mobilisation technique is to restore the normal range of motion without putting too much stress on the cervical spine.
    2. Where and why pain can occur
    Neck: If you feel numbness extending from the neck to the arm during this exercise, it possibly indicates that the disc or nerve is irritated by the movement. In this case, you can first reduce the range of motion and if the symptoms persist, it is better to stop.
    On the other hand, if the numbness in the arm is relieved during the movement, it can mean that the disc that was pressing on the nerve is not anymore so you can keep doing the exercise with caution. However, it is likely to be a temporary phenomenon, so don't be too trusting and overstretch your neck. Surprisingly, the neck pain itself can get worse in this second case despite the relief in pain during movement. It is considered to be inevitable because of the movement occurring around the disk.
    3. How to adjust the intensity of this exercise
    - Reduce or increase the range of neck movement.
