love your videos. how do you load the family from within revit though? not sure what category elevators are, and googling doesn't provide obvious answers. the way you drag and drop avoids this problem as well. thanks!
When you have downloaded the family, move the file into the Revit Library on your hard drive mine is located here C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\RVT 2023\Libraries\English\UK\Specialty Equipment\Elevators and Lifts - then go to Insert from top menu bar and load family icon is there, navigate to the location where you put it and load what you need from that folder. The elements then are listed in the project browser under speciality equipment/Elevators and Lifts, drag n drop into your project
