The community security is so strong that in some areas people know themselves in about a mile radius... Kids can go a mile away from home and if you call out their name everyone starts to send the message across.. Like have you seen kweku.. Her mom is calling.. Before you know he has gotten the message.. I love it.. It's awesome.. 😁

Ghana is one family, in my town we have about 4K plus people living there ... trust me you can’t believe this part everyone is my family... from my great grandfathers and grandmothers... my grandma use to tell me about each clan house and why they are my family..... your child is NOT only yours, he or she can be disciplined and highly protected by everyone in the community.... how would you pass by and not greet ? It’s just not possible....

My goodness! Sounds like this is something that I would like! Getting up early, going to bed early, and eating early! Love it!

I am still a fan, you guys make it look so easy living in Ghana. My wife and I are leaning strongly towards a future visit, perhaps after we get vaccinated against COVID we will get there. My hat is off to you both for this public service.

We moved to Central America one year ago. I appreciate your videos because our lives in our new country is almost exactly the same as your lives in Ghana. It’s neat to see and compare experiences.

Hey there from Central Texas! I will be joining y’all one day! I can definitely rough it and I been desperate to get out of the US since I left the military! Great content; keep it up and hang in there! Can’t be worse than being black in America!

Sweeping in the morning is very big in Jamaica as well. Never in the evening, that's taboo. Even in the country , the first thing after waking is to sweep. My wife and I are seniors living in Canada, and she still practice the habit of sweeping in the mornings.

Oooh man that revived memories of my growing up in Dakar with everybody sweeping outside and also poured a cup of water at the front door to ward off bad spirits and start the day harmoniously.

Happy New Year! Afehyia Paa! This episode is getting me homesick! Yes, the sound of everyone sweeping in the morning is so soothing. Going for a walk at dawn and greeting your neighbors is the greatest. One more year and I’m there! ❤️

Really hope the tourism board subsidizes your social media efforts in some way. I've gotta imagine all the information you give really helps with tourism/eases the transition for people moving to Ghana. Well played. Thank you.
