I love the way you make your videos. Too many UA-camrs talk and show themselves instead of the scenery. You show the scenery and give good explanations and humor so I can see these beautiful places you are visiting
On the one hand, you caught Silver Falls at an amazing time when the leaves are starting to change color. But on the other hand, the falls looked a little anemic - early spring those falls are raging and are quite a sight. I wonder where you're heading to next... looking forward to it! Glad you're exploring the NW with your great landscape video framing and fun commentary.
We also visited these waterfalls last fall. We plan to visit them again in the spring so we can experience the falls when they are fuller. Definitely a beautiful place no matter when you visit.
Maybe it was the lack of caffeine, but your videos have become quite artistic! Well done sir. It’s clear to me that you think about things like foreground elements in your compositions, and the slow motion detail shots (like the fern) are really nice! I continue to love your content! Thanks for sharing your adventures!!!
Stunning video! You did an incredible job capturing the beauty of the nature in this. I highly recommend visiting again in the spring when the waterfalls are at their most powerful!
So glad you guys got to Silver Falls! Such a gem of a state park. Hiking in Oregon is much different than Arizona. Water is everywhere. A filter is all you need. Pack is light. Lots of shade. You guys look like you enjoyed it.
We tried a few years ago. Had West Coast Trail permits, shuttles, everything. It was set for late spring 2020.....So we all know how that panned out. Maybe one day.
I am once again begging you all to notice how great Jerry has gotten with sound. I love how each fall has its own distinctive character you can hear. Roaring, hissing, spattering on the rocks. Even the comb filter effect of walking next to those big basalt* walls makes it feel like we’re there. *or andesite, I don’t know. Do I look like Shawn Willsey?
Yep, we were there at the same time. You have to come back when to the falls are raging and you can feel the mist as you walk behind them. When the river is full, there’s no place like Silver Falls state park.
@JerryArizona the water level is normal for the time of year we Oregonians are forced to deal with damn draw downs this time of year which leaves creeks and rivers at lower levels for a period of time. Silver creek falls main waterfall has never had a huge water over pouring to begin with and those folks complaining should just go out and walk it all their selves because it is quite a walk and enormously worth it but then I might be a little biased lol. I have been to nearly all waterfalls here and then some I was born on a mountain here in a house my father built we live and eat off our forests. I was just missing you and Tina and your videos doesn't really matter to me what you are filming just like your chemistry together and your sense of humor and last but not least your editing is quite above anyone's skills on UA-cam and the only person that doesn't know that is you Jerry. Much love and respect to you both.
Hate to toot my own horn again, but where I’m from Washington has more than twice as many waterfalls and some spectacular ones. Maybe you can come up and join us next season springtime is great. Beautiful Cam work again as usual

A beautiful capture of one of my very favorite places! Crazy how low all the water levels were. We had a very late start to the wet season here.
I love silver falls state park!! Thanks for filming beautiful Oregon!

Love my state and the 10 falls trail. Thanks for coming to Oregon. See you back in Arizona. Love your videos
Beautiful video. Love the smart use of music score alternating with nature's own magical sounds.

One of my favorite walks along the coast❤
This isn't the coast. Its on the way to central Oregon, east of Salem.. We pass there on the way to Detroit lake, another gorgeous place in Oregon.

Oregon is a BEAUTIFUL state.
Stunning video! You did an incredible job capturing the beauty of the nature in this. I highly recommend visiting again in the spring when the waterfalls are at their most powerful!
Another excellent video! You’ve honed your video skills to fine edge, they never disappoint. Looking forward to the next one. Thank You 🙏
So beautiful! Thank you much.❤
Been there. Its a great place to have to " waste time". Thanks for sharing.
Living in Ohio I had not heard of Silver Falls SP, what a beautiful place. Again, thanks for taking me along.
Every once in a while I beat you two to a hike! Loved this hike, did it in 2017.
So glad you guys got to Silver Falls! Such a gem of a state park.

It was amazing. We missed out on backpacking, but definitely need to go back. Not worrying about water is so nice.
Silver Falls is our go to because we live close. We are fortunate that it's also beautiful. Hope you went to Abiqua falls, then the Gorge!
We missed Abiqua, but we definitely hit up the Gorge. Eagle Creek was the highlight of the whole trip.
Really nice waterfalls! Thank you!
Love it! Need to get there... Thanks once again for adding to my travel list!
nice... Looks like a hike I would like to take. Thanks for sharing...
Gorgeous storybook cover at 3:50 🍂
Cool. I did this hike in the early 80’s. Looks the same. Beautiful.
Wow! Amazing place.
Went there last May, but only got to see first couple as we showed up after 5. Then kept on the road trip. Thanks for sharing the others.
I've hiked this loop twice. It is gorgeous anytime of the year.
Awesome you’re up in the Pacific Northwest. Next time you have to stretch it to beautiful British Columbia!
We tried a few years ago. Had West Coast Trail permits, shuttles, everything. It was set for late spring 2020.....So we all know how that panned out. Maybe one day.
Thank you for all your videos. They are great!
Fantastic music 😊
Jerry Oregon returns!
Surreal. If you didn't film it, it would be hard to imagine. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks!
Thank you!
Wow Wow amazing place!!
Best part of it being Monday…nature through Jerry’s eyes.

Man, that's crazy! We really enjoyed it, even with low flow. Cannot imagine what it's like with those falls raging.
Thank you so much every true Oregonian has had their picture under that water falls it's a right of passage lol
I keep getting comments about the low water level. To a couple from Arizona, this was a ton of water. I'd love to see these falls at high flow.

Go back in April when the falls are pumping! Also hit up abiqua which is nearby.
Never knew you had to pay there...guess it's been awhile
❤❤❤
From personal experience, most of the trails at Silver Falls are not easy. I don't blame you for needing coffee.
👍🏻
You did arrive at the end of a quite dry summer. No decent rain since the first week in June.
Being from Arizona, we couldn't get over how much water there was. I'd love to see it during the wet season if this was dry!
Love being 1st 😂
Hate to toot my own horn again, but where I’m from Washington has more than twice as many waterfalls and some spectacular ones. Maybe you can come up and join us next season springtime is great.
Beautiful Cam work again as usual
How long did it take to walk to first waterfall and how long took for entire hike?
no latte ?
