Fantastic commentary on Shad's personal path through the music industry. His persona completely enforces exactly why he is one of my favorite rappers. Refreshing to see an uncompromising positivist. The basis for his music is always one of social and political responsibility. The mainstream and radio feed could learn much from Shad, as could we all.
At the beginning he seemed really nervous. He paused often and said "uhm" and "uh" frequently. As the presentation progressed you can see him become more comfortable on stage though. Great presentation. If Shad ever decides to use that liberal arts degree to pursue teaching I hope i get him as a prof :)
