"We live in a generation that wants the benefits of marriage, but not the commitment of marriage"

So much respect for this gentleman of God, what a class act. Another two thumbs up to the Breakfast Club. What continue to repeat in my head is Pastor A.R. Bernard’s comment regarding forgiveness, selfishness and being bitter “What you see with your eyes, and hear with your ears are colored by the conditions of your heart”. Pastor A.R. Bernard and the CCC family, Grace & Peace

Mr. Bernard provided a bevy of life lessons that can be of benefit to anyone. This has to be listened twice given the amount of Godly and practical gems that were shared. One of the best 57 minutes I have spent on this subscription.

My Auntie and I used to go to his church many many many years ago when he had a store front church called Household Of Faith. We had to walk up these looong set of stairs to get inside the little church. He was just as dynamic of a speaker as he is today and I miss going to his church. I no longer live in NY so he's not an option any longer for me but he IS an amazing pastor and man. Also, he is Panamanian and so am I so I feel connected. :) #loveyouarbernard

If you are unsure about watching this because you are agnostic (as am I) or an atheist, let me help you out. WATCH THIS interview. It is more about relationships, psychology of men and women, and self realization then it is about religion. This was a very important interview and this is coming from someone who does not care for religion at all. This was the best hour of my day.

+Shaina Lampkins he accomplished that goal, in my eyes at least.. I admired his take on the prosperity gospel preachers as well. Besides giving a great interview, he brought out the best in the breakfast club today. I've personally never seen them all in such awe and so open to speak and learn from a guest before. If I ever go to NY, im going to his church and I haven't been to church in almost a decade, not including funerals!

I love what he says about forgiveness and incorporating how South Africa overcame Apartheid. However, as a South African, I feel that it is important to realize that there were a lot more politicians who were incarcerated alongside Mr Mandela, and they shared the exact same vision of forgiveness as he did. And I realize that he is known as the symbol of freedom in SA, however, they also deserve just as much recognition.

Loved the interview, so far it's my favorite Breakfast Club's interview. The man was on point and the questions were pertinent, the kind of things we are all wondering about; How do I make my relationship work? It's good to make your own experiences but even better to learn from other people past mistakes and how they overcame them. None of us is a super hero so we must learn and be humble enough to ask for forgiveness

+Kwain Beddoe he's a pastor though, not a businessman. That has hurt black people bad since King was assassinated. Pastors have been spiritual leaders, telling black people how and where to spend their dollar. Not hoarding millions of dollars and not fixing black communities. I do agree, however, that having successful black people on this show will be good

    • @BrunO-on6vw

Kwain Beddoe you can’t be a millionaire, great business man and a humble spiritual person all in one. If you’re a slave to money you can’t be a true servant to God. You’re too involved with worldly thinking.

Angela Lee was the only person on this particular interview that showed Pastor A R Bernard my spiritual teacher any respect the other two young men had they research the men and women who they interview on the Breakfast Club could have shown him more respect by filtering their worldly vocabulary but we live in an era where respect is not what it used to be as a matter of fact even the devil comes as an angel of light.
Come on my brothers learn to give respect when its due.Grace and Peace blessed love
