    Wow that looks amazing I have never made sourdough bread yet I have done the starter which had lots of bubbles but when I mixed it with the flour and water to start making the dough it didn't show any signs of proving 😕 so I didn't do anything with it but when I watch you it gives me hope👍

      Give it a try again, start with strong organic white bread flour and build up to more wholegrain flour.

      I own one and trust me it’s overrated just get a reasonably priced Dutch oven

      It's really about getting your proving time right, the prod test will help you..... the more you bake the more you will learn

      Glad you enjoyed it, I made the starter in the morning, it helps if you have a nice warm spot to put it and get it going fast.

      It's the Challenger bread pan, they are fantastic but expensive, but the quality seems good, and great results.
