So far I've watched dozens and dozens of acrylic pours and haven't painted anything. I'm loading my mind up with all that I've seen, trying to soak in all of the different techniques available. The water drops are just fantastic. Thanks for sharing. I know what I'll be sending out for Christmas! If I can get the hang of this I'm sure my family will be amazed when they receive a painting in the mail. They all know I've been painting Bob Ross style paintings for a long time, but they'll be surprised when they receive one of these in the mail. They'll be delighted.

Mesmerising and so beautiful!!! I'm stunned with how simple your water drops are to paint...I've tried to paint them many, many times by following other artists, but always failed horribly so I will have to try those out immediately! Paint pouring fascinates me to watch, but this is the first time I've believed that by using this simple recipe...paint, water and cheap school glue... I could achieve those amazing small cells and limited palette; personally I'm not a fan of big cells and dozens of colours, I like simple and subtle in all things, so this is perfect for me. :D It's my first visit to your channel but it certainly will not be the last. Subscribed with a million thanks!
Christiane Carson , it is my understanding that the glue must be PVA school glue or Elmer’s Glue All and not just Elmer’s white school glue if those are available to you. I have also heard that you can use Mod Podge glue as well with the 60/40 glue to water ratio. Good luck.
That's BEAUTIFUL!!! I have never tried those water drops - or seen how they are done! You make it look so easy!! I hope one day I will be able to paint a single second round bubble & not have to convert my attempts into "deliberate' mud splats

This is just beautiful! I have never used the pouring method before but this has changed my mind and eager to try it. Just a question thou and may seem pretty dumb to some, but how much paint etc do you put into your cups ? I have now subscribed and can't wait for more x
Thank you so much Liz. Usually for canvas size 30x40 cm I put around 50-100ml of colour in the cup. I don´t know exact amount, because I never measure it. But it´s a good idea to measure. I´ll try to do that.
It is different amounts of pouring medium depending on the type of paint you are using but once you have them all mixed up and want to know how many ounces to use on your canvas you can multiply the L by the W & divide by 26 and that will tell you how many ounces to use per canvas size . So if you have an 11 by 14 canvas it would be about 6 or 7 ounces of paint mix I always add an extra ounce or so to make sure its enough to cover all the sides of the canvas. Smart Art Materials has a paint calculator you can use also...she has a UA-cam channel and a website with TONS of info for getting started. Hope that helps. 😉😉
@@MiiPaintings You are welcome . Like you I also do not measure on canvases sizes that I am familiar with painting on ... you just kinda get to know in your head about how much you need lol.
