I'm a 2200 Elo chess player and I will never forget when I played against Sandro time odds 3/1 (me having 3 minutes and him having 1 minute) and he flagged me in the end! That only shows you how good Sandro really is!

I break their expectations by blundering my own piece, sometimes I even break my own expectations haha, thats why we love bullet chess.

My favorite is to sac a queen or a rook when there are 2 seconds left and it takes the opponent a lot of time to understand what the hell my plan is.

I understand that premoving is an integral part of blitz. I consider playing blitz training to blunder.

Blitz has a time and place. I use it to practice openings because it allows me to get many games in. I also use it for tactical awareness and speed of calculation
Premoving is a great skill anyway. Could easily happen that you're low on time in a rapid game

Another good way that works sometimes is chatting / messaging /commenting it takes their attention away from the game. These are dirty tactics buy hey they are technically legal so if it's within the rules of the game why not. Looks like I am going to hell
