Someone iritated me, the next day I was thinking about it but I stopped by saying why am I putting energy into this. I stopped and went to appreciation by looking at the beautiful clouds. Since then I feel better, I am laughing at little things all the time for the last week or more.. Hope this helps others. I get it Abraham!
Something I got from Louise Hay (I think) that really helps me keep on the good feeling vibrations is when I leave the house, I say outloud "I am only getting good today" "I am going to have a good day" "I only see good today" It really keeps me on the path.

Also Esther promotes a hedonistic life style. Saying your only obligation is to feel good! That's so un christian. Remember the scriptures say that the devil can and does change himself in to an angel of light and so do his mouth minions or other fallen angels. Don't be fooled. Run!
