Most Defs do and unless there is no case there from the beginning "telling the truth" is rarely helpful. A lot depends on whether you have co conspirators and how big a crime you committed. Sometimes tho if the def really is innocent or there are applicable valid defenses "talking" can be helpful. BUT the officer has to be fair and really record what suspect says. It isn't bad at trial if the Def's statement to police is something like, "He charged at me with a huge knife, I thought he was going to kill me so I shot him".

His interviews remind me of when you watch First 48 and the suspect doesn’t ask for a lawyer and instead tries to explain their way out of the situation
@@PoppysGuitar Seemingly simple innocuous “truths” can trip you up and put you in trouble - and it’s worse when dealing with a seasoned interviewer looking for something.
@@mrgatsinzi I agree but bc people invariably speak when they shouldn't I am always hopeful that there statements to police are somewhat helpful. I try to look on the bright side when they tell me they spoke to the police. Oddly enough and stupidly enough they confess to the wrongdoing and then offer an explanation that incriminates them even more.
Never invest your money with a company where the CEO has clown hair 🤡
I mean that’s his natural hair. Seems a lil racist to say that yo
Hindsight is 20/20 and we were mesmerized by his juggling 🤹♀️ fish 🎣 while riding a 🦭
Being "arrested" is him being protected from the hundreds of people who want him not breathing.
I didn't think UA-cam allowed porn on the platform, but clearly we can see Forbes gargling on SBF's balls in this video
Every interviewer should pull back until coffeezilla gets a full interview
Dude, you misallocated $8 billion customer’s money as if it were yours. What do you mean you do not know about the details of your company’ accounting? Your FTT has no intrinsic value and has meant to be volatile and can go to zero. Do not BS .
This was a fraud from the very beginning. Customer funds were stolen and syphoned off to a shell corporation the moment they were deposited.
Its like if a bank robber robbed a bank, used the money to buy a yacht, and a bunch of luxury properties in the Bahamas, and then went to a casino and lost the rest of the money playing roulette. Then he goes around talking about how dumb he was to keep betting on black.
Rich Dad Poor Dad .
cant believe how nice all the journalists are to him he was so blatantly guilty
@@pierre-yveschauvet5136 I know you are 😉
Good luck finding any real substance in his responses. Here's what i gathered out of it:
"I like, you know, like, i mean, but but, I ummm, yhea, umm and I like, but you know, i umm and but .." All these rambling while he plays a video game.
This interview was next level softball.
Referred to in world of PR as a wet kiss
This guy just throws out words - doubt he has a clue what he’s even saying.
My largest holding is Amazons AMO5000X . Glad it came out to be this. I’m a fanboy and I like Charles. He reminds me of Steve Jobs when he speaks.
Don't know much about this AMO5000X person but I heard from a good source that you can get 1000x returns in no time!!!! He is a person you should trust! I would def invest all my money with him! Sometimes it is wise to put all your eggs into one basket! 💰💰💰💸💸💸
😂

@@teddmented obviously. Look at the upvotes. It's just like them 81 million votes for Biden. Total bs.
What in bot is going on here 😂
He should be talking you through glass right now. That’s how corrupt this world is!
i think he was playing league of losers on this call
seriously though, why is he web browsing throughout this interview? like he's literally clicking and talking at the same time.
just listen to him for the first 40 seconds and then you ask how seasoned equity managers could fall for this guy…he sounds like 5 yr old after he stole the cookies on the table
Perhaps he can switch it on when necessary
Thanks Sam for exposing how lame the mainstream media is. Unfortunately the cost was too high for those who lost it all. Interesting to watch him find his feet through all these interviews and tighten up his lies.
He should be more concerned with tightening up his butthole...in prison
I lost over $750k via ftx.
Good for you.
That he has the mental „stability“ to function is fascinating to me. He knows he is going to prison for many many years. He doesn‘t strike me as the usual narcissist. He doesn‘t strike me as completely anti social either. Would love a psychologists take on him.
The interviewer looks like he committed the crime instead of SBF, from his facial expression and eye blinking. Well done!
It will take some time to understand how Amazons AMO5000X is having the most impact in these times. After all the downswingers and failures of this year it's about time that someone integrates assets into a useful scenario and that's exactly happening with this asset right now. It will be exciting to see how they develop this product in the future. What do you guys think? Would like to hear some opinions
my opinion is you’re a scammer

Scam

Good that he was arrested.
Money in high places buys a lot of time from Forbes.
Bernie madoff was better than this one.
Madoff did not do as many crimes. wire fraud, insider trading, pump and dump, money laundering, you know, something like stealing you know. bribes you know nothing serious you know. Also very sophisticated systems with multiple companies to suck the assets. SBF is the reason why people do not believe in justice, so many people got life for a lot less. That guy is too much for me. He says we need more oversight. For a jew, he does not even know the 10 commandments thou shalt not steal. That guy needs a reality check. Many people on top knew it was a fraud and they checked out before the crash. It is always the guy at the end of the line who gets screwed. I just hope SBF stole money from the wrong guys like the cartels because those guys use bitcoins.
5 minutes in and this guy from Forbes' upper lip sweating so bad knowing he's gonna get torched for this beer league softball level interview
The BS from SBF. He can try to paint the picture anyway he wants but he’s just a con man. It’s obvious to anybody who is paying attention. The only risk he underestimated is the risk of getting caught and prosecuted.
When will this obscene talk-fest end and proper justice be served
So far this is even worse than the attempt at hardball questions lobbied at Liz Holmes to save face long after Forbes initially praised her without fact-checking that situation as well
Forbes fact check😂😂😂😂😂😂 I’m weak😂😂😂they would never
Even the interviewer looks uncomfortable asking these bs questions
The interviewer is more nervous than SBF - who is the fraud here?
He’s getting more agitated as the interview show rolled on. Rightly so as he was arrested a few hours after this latest interview.
"I still think exchange tokens are really cool." Of course, they're worthless, but who cares, they're "really cool."
That’s sad
Sam seems oblivious to the fact he is going to prison for a long time..
Not for a longtime 😂
"Ummm like yyyeeeknowww" "you know"
8 hours later he’s in handcuffs and waiting on extradition papers to arrive in the Bahamas! 😹😂🤣😹
Why is his hair messed up. Just got out of bed
48:00 - 49:00 ; I think keeping customer funds in separate accounts would've helped
The lowest T voice for a male I've ever heard
The interviewer constantly looks likes he's about to cry. He's so nervous and doesn't want to ask difficult questions out of fear of seeming "mean"
If you look closely you can see the summoners rift in the reflection from his eyes
He didn’t ask the hard questions
*I totally hear you*
Ahah he says he’s reflected on the pain he’s caused others. Buddy needs to spend a long time behind a jail cell before deciding he’s capable of reflection.
He has ruined people lives. F scott fitzgerald was right when he wrote that the rich smash up other peoples lives.
He just got arrested in the Bahamas
Disappointed with forbes cant even ask real questions
This is pathetic journalism.
Maxine Water’s sycophancy of Bankman-Fried is unbelievable.
Let’s not be racist now
Based on my personal impression of M. Waters, I don't find it unbelievable at all.
They honestly they don't need Sam to say anything more for guilty conviction.
But this person is a pathological liar. The guy is evil and greedy.
Y’all better bring up COFFEEZILLA’s points!
SBF is playing a video game while doing this interview.
I predict he will bring a variety of word salad answers, “Yep”‘s and he definitely will change the subject when co-mingling of funds is raised. He’s a master manipulator and the smartest one in the room at all times…according to himself anyway. It’s pointless to have these interviews. He will dance around the facts
People should have less respect for Forbes than the criminals they enable
He is playing a video game 😂 while talking, look at his eyeballs and right hand movements
Criminal Forbes. Play Sbf as a victim
The face the interviewer makes at 10:12 🤣🤣
Took me straight to an ad 🥲
Xdddd
I like to imagine that as he's speaking there's a team of government officials scrambling to his home
All while playing video games , totally innocently
"I feel bad, but also..." He seems like he believes what he is saying...but also trying to convince us of a "mess up" rather than actual wrong doing.
Up next on American Greed….
lol, I love American greed. white collar crimes should get life without parole because they destroyed so many lives
why do all the journalists interviewing SBF seem scared to ask the TOUGH questions?? is this some kind of a pre-requisite from SBF to do the interview? The interviewer here seems... a bit stressed, a bit uneasy, not really grabbing the bull by its horns
He looks like he might burst into tears
Was this a serious interview or a studio test sound?
What you could do differently is not steal people's money to finance your abysmal investing/gambling habit.
Come to America and do your interviews SBF
