There's something I noticed with Kate after a few watches. She's wearing shorts at the beginning of the movie, before the 5 year time jump. After that, we don't see her in shorts again till she's at home, and then she still tries to hide her scar when she catches her mom looking at it. At the end of the movie, in the airport, she's wearing shorts again. I might be wrong, but I don't feel like it's a coincidence that she's wearing them at the two points in the movie where her confidence is highest.
Not every day, but Oklahoma is part of "tornado alley", so they are frequent. In the film, however, all of the tornadoes are due to a merging of super-cells which leads to ideal conditions for multiple storms.
Nice to see you back. The only storm chaser fatalities happened during the El Reno F5 tornado, which was the biggest recorded tornado. 2 and half miles wide, 300+ mph wind speed, and spawned satellite tornadoes around the main one. How long tornadoes last varies. There have been tornadoes that have traveled over 200 miles distance. And then there are infamous cluster outbreaks like the one near where I live, the Grand Island Tornado outbreak where the city of Grand Island was hit by SEVEN tornadoes in one night. With three all active at once at one point. There is a mound in the city called tornado hill that is in a park. The hill was made from the damage and debris pilled up and covered with dirt after.
I am a meteorology student in college and i chase sometimes. My two most recent videos are from Greenfield, Iowa from May of this year, it was my most traumatic experience while doing this. Most chasers do it to help people, which is exactly what i did that day. Most tornadoes last 5-10 minutes. Most hurricanes last a few days, some of both last longer. I've seen tornadoes last hours
Yes, in the beginning of the movie, they are post to be in college (5 years ago), overall, this is my favorite movie of this year (especially a summer blockbuster). 🤠🌪🌪 P.S. Kate, Tyler, & Javi did start their own company and yes Ben did write a story about Kate as well at the end of credits.
Tornadoes rank from EF0-EF5. EF0 is the weakest of all tornadoes, minimal damage. EF5 is the most destructive, and destroys everything it comes in contact with. F5 winds can hit 300+ mph. A category 5 hurricane (the strongest of hurricanes) only has winds of 150 mph
I hadn't been to the theatre in years because of health until I dared to go to see this movie, and I'm so glad I saw it there instead of just on the small screen.
The sequel was good, but it just wasn't the same without Bill Paxton, who was actually good friends with Glen Powell. And the disgruntled hotel guest was played by James Paxton. Bill Paxton's son in real life.
To answer your question, yes people actually do this. I do it every spring in tornado alley. Also 99% of chasers aren't scientists. Most of us just do it because it's fun and to get incredible footage. But we also stop and help anytime there's damage because usually we're the first ones there.
Loved the movie and enjoyed your reaction. Honestly, the worst tornadoes are either rain wrapped or night ones. Can’t see them. I live in Arkansas, and almost all ours are at night
Yeah, tornadoes are pretty normal so much so that sometimes we do think it's a false alarm lol sirens going off and we're just chillin until it's right on us. Even when it's not tornadoes, it's strong enough winds to cause damage. Also, love how all your accessories match 🔥 pop offfff
Nah I mean don’t get me wrong Javi shouldn’t have said that, but she also had no right to tell him that as if he didn’t lose the same people, they were both wrong
I'm mean to be fair, keep it mind that Kate was there with their friends when that EF-4 (or EF-5) came along, not only that she watched both of their three friends d!ed because of what happened 5 years ago, which she witnessed the whole thing. While versus Javi should tell her the truth from the beginning about Storm Par.
During Memorial Day weekend my town was hit by a ef3 tornado and caused almost a million dollars in damages but not a single person in my town lost their lives I was 1 mile from the path of destruction
Another fun reaction, its great that youre doing these again! i love your comment that there should be 5 million tornado shelters every 5 feet lol, true survival game modder styles. im actually going to watch this movie now, it looks pretty good! thank you!!
I highly suggest to react to not so new movies/shows. I have not seen this movie so I won't watch this reactions. Usually we like to watch reactions from movies that we already seen. So, a new show will bring you fewer reactions than an old one. Good luck!

You should watch the first movie Twister, it came out in 1996. This is a standalone sequel.
Daisy is British?! Holy I generally thought she was American that blows me away
Twisters was the absolute freaking best in 4DX. God, what I'd do to relive that experience again.
Twisters (2024) is a standalone sequel and I do recommend that you watch Twister (1996) it's a classic
21:35 hey a**hole is Bill Paxton's son lol. Bill played alongside Helen Hunt in the original Twister as one of the lead roles.

On top of that, hurricane winds of the same speed aren't as destructive as tornadic winds.
Yea your right! That would be so scary

During the last week of May, it's pretty common for the US to get hundreds of tornadoes.

Have to watch the First Original Twister movie,
You’ll know more about Dorthy
Check out Reed Timmer. He's a extreme storm chaser.
Tornadoes can last a few hrs especially strong ones most jus last a few mins to a hour and ppl actually do go out and chase storms for video and data
You have to continue the Mando shows with Book of Boba and Mando S3!
It’s been awhile since you’ve done movie reactions. Hope you’re still gonna keep doing them!
Had you kept watching during the credits, it answered some of the questions you asked.
Great video I like the pop figure's in the background I hope you can do a reaction of the kenobi series

Alot of your questions about the charactors would have been anwsered if you watched the mid credit scene.

I didn’t watch the first twister but I knew it existed
Hello, have you seen the movie Tarzan The Fearless?

What the hell is this comment. It's creepy, weird, and not even close to being true. I highly suggest you keep your negative opinions to yourself.
