We were there, too. Wasn’t it incredible? We went to the first night it reopened and have never felt so much love and energy at a show.

This is the best time to watch a Broad Way Show and visit New York City.New vaccine requirements are keeping all the riff raff out of theatres and upscale restaurants.
I wish I could go see them. Living halfway across the country stinks.

I was there and what you can't see is there are rows of people and bleachers behind this camera. There are also large crowds to each side. All of those people were dancing and clapping along. It was a fun even, but unorganized. We had no idea where the entrance was to get to the bleachers, no one to direct us. We just sat to the side.
Ooof you guys don't do the dance for the courus or do the British accent, pass, I'll stick with the OGs
Honestly, I was unsure too when I heard about the accent thing but they're great. Listen to Sam Pauly do All You Wanna Do. She sold me on this cast.
@@briegegrant4531 I don't care how they sound, they don't have the soul of the show, the energy, it looks like what it is, a cheap copy, the dance at the chorus is one of the few points of the show the audience gets to participate and they didn't do it, they sound like they're trying to cover the OG
If you want to dismiss this amazing cast over something as silly as accents, then that's really your loss. Luckily, most musical fans are more open-minded 😊
They do the dance on actual Broadway. They are doing a chill performance out of costume. On stage, they have a lot of energy and personality that embodies the songs with a different but amazing take on the characters. Also they were asked not to do the accents, because they wanted to focus on the songs instead of replicating unnatural accents. Maybe actually watch their Broadway performances or their costumes performances before judging them.
