Beautiful work, always top notch work hitting all the details!
Those inner door structures are coming out so nice 👍 thanks always Travis for taking us along for the ride
More cowbell coupled with more power hammer. Hammer time ...
The effort needed to fix these doors is warranted since you have a (mostly!) “real” ‘32. Nice job!
you were right travis they slot in to the door cover board to help keep it from flapping on the inner panelusually theres a circle hole where they fit
Hassle of moving to the new shop was worth it just to have constant access to the BIG machines. Let the artwork begin.
Hey Travis, those doors are going to look awesome. Great job!
Thanks 👍
The new shop is starting to look like home ; ]
Nice, Jack, RI, USA
Sometimes when your thought you lost your skills the part turns out better
I guess that is the case 😂
Coming out nice . Question how did you remove the old skins , grinding the lip off , or just prying up on the flange and leaving it on ?
nasty machine if it needs chained fast to the wall
Looks like something you louvre press should make if you make a little punch? But good job
Yeah I was thinking that but alot of work for a die I don’t use often
Not sure, but I think these are a customer's doors....
They are infact customer doors
Who taught you how to do this metal work? I know you have taught yourself a good bit but did someone show you the basics?
UA-cam showed me the basics lol
Did you rivet on those window stops?
I haven’t yet I didn’t have the rivets
When are you getting RAC shirts back in?
Which ones are you talking about? The logo tee?
