I work as a psych nurse and once or twice a week we get a young person, under 25, who had a psychotic break after using marijuana or delta 8 and became violent or suicidal.
The court or the judge can't be sued. The victims family has no control over the court system in the US. They can probably sue the murderer on behalf of his estate in CA but not for themselves.

That was a tough job.

When synthetic weed was being sold at head shops a few years back, there were several cases of people going crazy right after smoking it. My best friend was one of them. He ended up going to the hospital after destroying his entire basement and receiving multiple deep cuts from the glass of the aquarium he punched through.

If it was a psychosis she will get into one again without proper help regardless of drugs.

I have a sister I don’t deal with anymore that I had 3 incidents of this that I had to deal with. The last one was my fault because started smoking hardcore when I got out of the marines and with a bong and I offered. I had to physically restrain her from grabbing my girlfriend and in the end I hand cuffed her and had to punch and head butt her. We have smoked on other occasions but these 3 times it got crazy.

I work as a psych nurse and once or twice a week we get a young person, under 25, who had a psychotic break after using marijuana or delta 8 and became violent or suicidal.
The family of the man murdered should sue the court, her, and the judge personally or his LLC. We need to hear from this family

In California, My nephew got 12 years for stabbing a guy in self defense. He was attacked by a homeless guy that stabbed him. The homeless guy was set free cause he was "psychotic" and there foré innocent I guess. So my nephew is sitting in prison while his boys, that are very close to him, are growing up without him.

I had a GF in high school who had smoked twice before but took one big hit of medicinal and coughed for 2 minutes straight then went into total psychosis, tried to run home from a ski lodge in the middle of winter... We lived 3 states away.
Turns out, her mom was diagnosed paranoid schizophrenic about 10 years prior and my GF needed similar medications. They said the sesh triggered her episode, but apparently it wasn't her first episode either.

This reminds me of a case from years ago where a man decapitated an 18 year old on a greyhound bus. He mutilated this kid's body and partially canabilized him. He got sent to a psych ward for a bit and he's now walking the streets of BC and that kid's loved ones could run into that man at any given time.

That was a tough job.

I have a sister I don’t deal with anymore that I had 3 incidents of this that I had to deal with. The last one was my fault because started smoking hardcore when I got out of the marines and with a bong and I offered. I had to physically restrain her from grabbing my girlfriend and in the end I hand cuffed her and had to punch and head butt her. We have smoked on other occasions but these 3 times it got crazy.

I had some pink dope in my 20s that gave me a weird psycosis but mad me paranoid and hear voices telling me the future of events of the next couple days. No joke most of it happened. But I wasnt sleep deprived before it happened. Never seen that dope again. I've done many drugs when I was a kid but nothing did that before or after.
