    I got stabbed by my crazy ex 4 times. She went to jail but was out on bond. The court told me i couldnt go back to my apartment for 2 days. She is the one that stabbed me. The court system is a joke

    The murderer’s brother is a cop. He was brought into the trial as I think a character witness and told the court “she’s not the type of person who should go to prison.” Meaning he has a specific type of people in mind who he believes belongs in prison more than others, even if that person commits vicious murder. I wonder if that affects his police work🤔

    I work as a psych nurse and once or twice a week we get a young person, under 25, who had a psychotic break after using marijuana or delta 8 and became violent or suicidal.

    In California, My nephew got 12 years for stabbing a guy in self defense. He was attacked by a homeless guy that stabbed him. The homeless guy was set free cause he was "psychotic" and there foré innocent I guess. So my nephew is sitting in prison while his boys, that are very close to him, are growing up without him.

    I had a GF in high school who had smoked twice before but took one big hit of medicinal and coughed for 2 minutes straight then went into total psychosis, tried to run home from a ski lodge in the middle of winter... We lived 3 states away.
    Turns out, her mom was diagnosed paranoid schizophrenic about 10 years prior and my GF needed similar medications. They said the sesh triggered her episode, but apparently it wasn't her first episode either.
    Dodged a bullet on that one

    She didn’t spend a day in jail. She was out for 5 years on bail. She got the same 2 year probation and community service I got for just possessing marijuana in a vehicle.
    Pretty, rich, young white woman. She had the ultimate package for getting a lighter sentence.

    This reminds me of a case from years ago where a man decapitated an 18 year old on a greyhound bus. He mutilated this kid's body and partially canabilized him. He got sent to a psych ward for a bit and he's now walking the streets of BC and that kid's loved ones could run into that man at any given time.

He was diagnosed with psychosis, bi-polar disorder and schizophrenia. He got his blood tested once a month to ensure he was taking all of his meds, weekly visits with a shrink, that I also attended. That job working with him lasted 4 months, and I got out of there. That was a tough job.

    Same thing happened in France, an Islamist immigrant broke into an elderly Jewish woman’s home, yelled “Allah Akbar” and killed her. The judge said he wasn’t responsible for his actions due to cannabis. I think he didn’t even have to go to trial!!
    Now, I’ve never taken to cannabis, each time I tried to smoke, it would make me feel paranoid, my brain just couldn’t handle it, BUT I NEVER felt violent towards anyone or myself. I just waited for my brain to get through the “different levels” breathing through it the best I could. IMO I think you have to already have violent tendencies to behave the way these people did.

      I actually had a full blown weed psychosis that lasted for as long as the edible lasted.
      It was due to both Opiates and GABAergics wearing off and then eating an edible.
      Worst experience of my life and i OD'd on PCP a bunch of times.
      Never did any of those change me to a degree of becoming a different person or wanting to hurt someone.
      If it was a psychosis she will get into one again without proper help regardless of drugs.

      I have a sister I don’t deal with anymore that I had 3 incidents of this that I had to deal with. The last one was my fault because started smoking hardcore when I got out of the marines and with a bong and I offered. I had to physically restrain her from grabbing my girlfriend and in the end I hand cuffed her and had to punch and head butt her. We have smoked on other occasions but these 3 times it got crazy.

      Certainly not a little, but you definitely can have a psychotic episode from doing too much while having plenty of sleep. You’re correct though that it’s often the lack of sleep that factors heavily into the equation with many cases.

      I had some pink dope in my 20s that gave me a weird psycosis but mad me paranoid and hear voices telling me the future of events of the next couple days. No joke most of it happened. But I wasnt sleep deprived before it happened. Never seen that dope again. I've done many drugs when I was a kid but nothing did that before or after.

      It’s not an inherent effect of weed, but it happens to some people with underlying schizophrenia etc. It’s a New York Post article lol so they have to frame everything in the most rage-baiting way even though it’s basically just the classic “mental insanity defense”

She probably has the serial killer gene with schizophrenia or some shit. Regardless, she's a menace to society. The judge deserves to be fired. If that was a man she would have gotten the death penalty. An example of ACTUAL sexism. But what really pisses me off is the judge. Did he/she override the jury? I highly doubt they would be fine with that. Shits wild.

    I’ve smoked weed for over 15yrs straight. Never in my life did I feel the need or urge to do such a thing. I even broke up with my sons mother of 12yrs and didn’t wanna do such thing. She was definitely on something else.

      @@CantTellYouI mean the coughing itself doesn't actually trigger more THC to go to your bloodstream. It just is a result of the inflammation in your lungs from inhaling smoke, however this doesn't mean that there is no correlation between the amount you cough and how much THC is in your blood, the coughing is just not the cause, its a symptom.

    We had a woman in our apartment community that pumped some rounds into her husband one night. No other reports of abuse or anything from police or residents and it just went away. They had 2 kids in the apartment and walls are paper thin but neighbors never heard anything. She claimed he abuse her all the time.
    Rolled up the yellow tape and moved on. Concord NH

      Same sorta deal happened here in Fayetteville, Arkansas. No reports of abuse to police, no visits to any hospitals/clinics, nobody getting any help or advice or anything related to abuse, yet the wife on the stand said he abused her. Only one neighbor said that she heard him yelling at her on their front lawn one time. And she put three bullets into her sleeping husband's head. She got no jail, just five years probation. Judge wanted to get re-elected. We can presume she got everything: their house, their car(s), everything. This happened between 2008 and 2010.
