Spend time at CAFB, 315th CES, Disaster Prep Supv (now, Emergency Mgt) - Prime BEEF - AFSC 3E971 - Msgt. I loved my time there and loved so see female airmen join the ranks. Much respect for all the professionals there. And that C17... AWESOME!
You do realize that during WW2, the Russians had female fighter pilots, female tank commanders, female snipers, etc. Diversity does not make a military force stronger. Having the best, most qualified people makes a military strong.
It makes you feel proud to be close friends & allies with the U.S. Brothers (& sisters) in arms & humanitarian deployment, from the UK, thank you for your service.
I have a fear of heights. Not when flying in a plane, but jumping. I don't know if I could do that. I'd need a course to overcome that. Respect and to all for your service in defending our great country.

The first time I walked through a C-17 at our local air show, I thought, "Wow! You could put two volley ball courts in here. When I walked through a C-5 I thought it was big enough for a basketball court.

제가 태어나서 처음으로 항공기에 탑승한 것은 1979년에 C-54 수송기였는데 시험비행을 할때 조종사 두사람과 저하소 셋사람이 탑승했는데 C-54는 수송기라서 cabin pressure도 렂ㅅ고 해서 귀사 멍하고 프로펠러 돌아가는 소리도 들렸은데 약2시간 시험비행을 하였습니다
