What was the total cost for this shell build and where did you buy from? Great job! I do the same thing for my holes, mounting the wing and for cutting out the shell and body panels, but I use a Dremel with a silica wheel and then after paint, I actually use a Dremel again but with a cotton buffer wheel to clean the edges. Works absolutely perfect. You need to space out those rear wheels to fit the over fenders, front look perfect and when you go full lock there's no hitting or rubbing on the transition to the other lock, thats a well-done job!!

Some body shell with over fender may be you need to adjust more length of lower arm (front and rear) or more deep wheel offset or wheel spacer like this vdo so you have a many choice to make good fitment for your shell ua-cam.com/video/Dkb0kmIvzbk/v-deo.html

CasaAlvarado for me is micro screw because they can fix any issue when hitting
