Thanks for the video, get me informed. Just knowing there's cheaper alternatives of Yeah Racing, but, unfortunately, these thing doesn't available in my country, so, the only options is grab it from eBay or something. Keep it up dude.
They aren’t available in the UK either, the fastest and best way to get the MRC products is setup an Amazon.JP account and get it through there, even though this things plastic it’s leaps and bounds ahead of the yeah racing conversion and about 1/3 of the price 🫡
Thanks man! I believe metal garage do a proper mount for this application, my mount currently is a Sakura d5 motor plate bolted to the stock motor mount.. if it works it works right? 😂
Is the grinding essential, and explained in the conversion kit instructions or a custom mod? I wish you would speak us thru the process,and/or get a hd camera and better lighting.
Thanks for the feedback! From memory the the instructions don’t tell you to cut the tub but the steering arms will not move without this modification. My filming space is currently in my bedroom as I live in a 2 up 2 down with my wife and child so space is limited…. I am however looking at making a proper dedicated filming space in the new year that will be lit a hell of a lot better. And I won’t have to worry about background noise either so the content will hopefully get better from that point. I have a TT01 MRC ready to be built but I’m waiting until I have my new space ready to go before I start that conversion.
Mine clear with literally less than 1mm to spare. It is recommended that you run wide offset wheels with this kit, to counteract it I am running 7mm hexes with 6mm wheels effectively making it 13mm offset 😅 I am also now running 5mm stand offs on the rear shocks and 10mm on the shock towers to push the shocks out further.
All control arms are stock length my dude. Spacing the shocks makes it softer too.. I used the body mount holes for my stand offs and it’s buttery smooth even with Yeah racing shocks 😅
No worries what so ever my bro, thank you for taking the time to create it 🙏

Does your tires hit the shocks at full lock? Mine does and trying to figure out why

@@Doritune.rcdrift I tried my +11 and it hits in the same spot. So wasn’t sure if you spaced the front shocks or widened the control arms
