Most likely for a while, since there is still breakage and I have to get rid of the rest of the damaged hair. But eventually I want to grow it out and have a long hair again.

ya really should wet your hair when its that frizzy and keep notice if WHERE the elastics are located. You would have been better off soaking your hair, putting leave in conditioner in and combing it smooth all to the back to over direct it and get a tappered bob.
Yeah, you are right! That was a tutorial for straight hair and mine is not straight, so that is why it was not a perfect method for me 😬
