Yea.. my mom just buy me a Wacom Bamboo splash!!! I know it isn't the best but still it's aforable, I'm Really thankful for that my parents actually gift that even they are in... divorce. Thanks for Advice BTW!
Take out a loan. Work a third shift. If digital illustration is your passion, you'll do anything for it. I was really poor when I started this process ($16/hr income in LA) as a student. Basically subletting a shanty house. No money is no excuse.
Sancosity he is using Photoshop so a stabilizer wouldn't be a factor since Ps does not support that (although the newest 2018 CC update to Ps now supports brush smoothing but he is not using that version so, again, it is not a factor in this instance). I guess hardware would be the issue but I'd be surprised if his personal rig or even one provided by Adobe for the sake of the video would be equipped with such paltry amounts of memory. But then again I could be wrong, I just figured Adobe, in addition to presenting Tom Richmond's awesome skills, would also want to show off Photoshops abilities too. Showing all that lag in a simple drawing is not good form. Oh well.
Sancosity yes, I know, Lazy Nazumi being one of the main ones. Watching his brush lag that much though is still not good. It makes viewers think there is something wrong with the product being presented. 👍🏼
Hi. Yes, it has a palm rejection function so once the pen is in close range above the active area it will recognize the pen so you can easily place your palm on the display. Cheers ^BV
It's an ad with valuable content from an established comic illustrator. If you want to start drawing cartoons, get some drawing paper, a pencil, and some ink pens and get started. :You don't need another video. You need to draw.

9/17/23; What is that device you are drawing onto and how can I get one?
Well I can't even afford this...
There are quite a few used tablets on Ebay that are affordable, check them out. I started with a simple intuos 2 tablet and worked up from there.

What type Wacom is this? I NEED one
Dang! That's a crazy amount of lag at 0:43 of the video. Looks like a simple brush too. I doubt the document is an outrageous size either.
He was probably using a stabilizer. Or his Pc isn't suited.

There are programs you can download that act as a stabilizer for photoshop and other art programs, so it could definitely still be that.

Thanks commentor for the “short lizard camera ”
I remember buying a mad comic a few years ago

Over $3000 for the Cintiq Pro 32... wow
How bout that lag..
So, the device is only sensitive to its own stylus, not to my big hand rating on it?

@@mjt1517 Cool. It's only 3+ mins long. Quote me a line from the vid that tells me how to do anything. Anything except buy something.
Thanks for the commercial, Wacom. UGH
Did you miss the video that ran before the logo reveal at the end?
If you want to learn how to draw lame, big head, little body, mundane, lazy, mass produced cartoons...yeah, consult this guy. He needs more gym time.
It actually takes skill and a good eye to draw caricatures, I don’t know what your problem is with the art style but you just sound plain miserable. 😆
