I needed a portable air source. Tired of those disposable air cans. I've seen on here how you can make a refill can of those. That could be dangerous. I have several Kobalt 24volt tools, so I decided to try this. I have to say it works great. I use the smaller 1/8'' nozzle for a more concentrated flow. Works great for blowing off an area or a part you worked on, and in your vehicle around the dash. No worries yet.
I have 2 of the ryobi inflators, mostly use for surface clean offs, used daily. i highly recommend these, packs some decent power too!
I bought the Kobalt today to blow the stuck bugs out of my car. Gets them off of the rear deck, windshield interior, and side window felts. It does an excellent job. Good companion for my chainsaw that was discontinued. You can actually swap it on the job and blow the loose sawdust out. I'm not sure if it voids the warranty to separate the nozzles. They're awkward to use otherwise. The smaller ones cut way back on the power. I'll probably just use the largest nozzle.
I own the Kobalt. Its awesome. I use it for my wood working projects
it is a very handy tool
Just accident got two today cousin got me 1 soooo excited but might trade 1 for a battery
Looks like the perfect replacement for those damn disposable cans of air. I had to like and subscribe just for seeing the Venom energy drink, those things are the best. Can't beat them for 99cents.
I love these blowers. I use them all the time and it really keeps my work area clear
like to see makita 40v dust blower / how good is it or to compare it. nice video!!!
I wonder if this could replace compress air when using it to blow dust out of PC components
Great demo; I have a fly fishing pontoon that requires only 6-10lbs of pressure max. I do have the hand pump for it and it dose not take to long to inflate but something like this tool would be handy especially that I already have plenty of Ryobi batteries. What's your take on airing up a pontoon?
Powerful enough to blow out shallow cracks in the concrete before the patch work?
In here early 👍
thank you Sky
Cool I always see you using the ryobi blower I say a tie between on power but sizes well inch or two does makes some difference in them lol %^)
Later man thanks for unloading
I thank you Harvey
So if you had to choose the ryobi or the kolbalt, what one would you go with given they are the same price? I'm looking at getting into the kolbalt line and I've been waiting for a deal on the ryobi inflator.
I would choose Ryobi because of the amount of different variety of tools they have.
You should do Amazon affiliate links in the desc for the tools so people can find them and you get money.
I don't get paid for this stuff. I bought these with my money
We know you buy them with your money. He is saying this for us to find these tools easily and you would get money from amazon, not from tool brands.
Are either of these strong enough to blow out filters such as an AC filter, or a air purifier filter? I'm also assuming it is good enough to blow out the inside of a dirty PC? Just looking for something to replace canned air.
this can replace your canned air.
Ryobi has heat vents on the grip which heats up your hand very quickly did not appreciate exhaust heat returned it straight away.
With both my 4.0 amp batteries, my inflator shuts down. I’ve just read reviews on home depot that too much power is drawn so it shuts down? That they’re only compatible with older batteries. Any input MCT?
Yes Ryobi has that issue
I want one for life out on the trail in my 4x4. Inflate/deflate the air mattress, stoke a fire, and I will already have their lantern, impact wrench, saws all, drill, and other items as well.
I wonder.… would one of these set the bead on a tire????
I dint think it will work to well on a tire.
@@ManCaverTools Too bad. Setting a bead has always alluded me with air pumps. I always resort to WD-40 and a lighter. lol
I wish Hilti or Metabo made these. Idk if I can justify buying a battery and charger just for it. I'll check if they make a battery adapter for Kobalt
I do as well
Please use the cobalt from now on. The sound is less irritating
I usually turn down volume in the video when I use them anyway
You should do a side by side test to see how many beach balls you can inflate. FYI, if you do and you fill up your shop with beach balls, I'll be laughing my ass off!
when it comes to this test. there really isnt a good comparison since these aren't nearly as powerful and leaf blowers. this is a tool you would deicide by being a Home Depot or lowes shopper
Ryobi in Europe seems to be coming out with new models of tools.
That is good. hopefully they will in the USA as well soon
Hi,
Man, i hope dewalt and milwaukee can make an identical inflator like this one. This is a sweet tool.
Just not on the kobalt or Ryobi battery line.
Thanks for the video
I surprised they haven't yet there competitors have but not them
I agree that they need to
I got one just to blow off saw dust of my tools.....saw it in your videos.
I use it all the time
Would this be good to dust Off electronics?
yes it is and I use it for that as well.
I need the ryobi, cause I have the batteries. Will order now
I use this blower all the time
It's on it's way, I think it will be very useful
Of you have pool toys or kids stuff these are awesome.
I 100% agree with you on that one B
Is the Kobalt good for inflating a flat tire?
no
how do these pair against the harbor freight bauer? since
I havent tested out harbor freight yet so I am not too sure
Ok but which is strongest for towable water tubes?
the Ryobi works perfectly to even inflate pools
So which one blows up matrices faster? And how much faster.
the Kobalt is more powerful and its also bigger than the Roybi
You think this can blow excess hair off of someone
Like in a barbershop
Does this have enough power to blow hair off in a barbershop
cant wait to buy one of this Ryobi
it is worth it
@@ManCaverTools Just bought one today!!
Will this Deflate?
yes it does, you just us the intake on the top for deflate
Please compare the 2
will do Monsta
Well this video really blows lol no it is a really good video keep it up
lol, I thank you Jason
Has anyone tried the Kobalt for blowing water off your car after washing?
Would this work good to
Blow dirt off RC car
yes it would. of course if the dirt is caked on some rubbing will be involved
OH Yeah, another RYOBI clip
I love ryobi and Ryobi doesn't sit in the sidelines. Ryobi is the brand I use the most
👁
kobalt ftw
this wasn't a versus video but thank you Tyler
Ryobi sounds like a moped ... compared to the Kobalt
the Ryobi is a higher pitch
That what she said
lol
My mistake pontoon requires only 2.5psi.
Kobalt ..to the front
I thank you for viewng Dustin
I have the ryobi kobalt the Milwaukee m12 Inflators and masterforce brands
very good. they are useful little tools
How Well would these work to dust the cpu and gaming consoles
Think ill be getting the kobalt
both of them are great to have
I already run the kobalt brand so have plenty of batteries and chargers so I have to stick with my boy blue lol no dis on ryobi
Don’t buy Ryobi because it does not work well with most of the Ryobi batteries
If you all haven't seen a documentary called... It's worse then you think... By revelations of Jesus Christ ministry... I suggest you do... All praise and glory to the most high Jesus Christ
Kinda worthless review. Take your time next time
