The idea was great, the movie/story just fell short. It might have made for a better TV series. I would have enjoyed a documentary on unlocking human potential more. Perhaps that is the failure. It tried to be both a documentary and a blockbuster movie at the same time.

This movie really jolted my adrenaline levels so many times. And Scarlet did a very good job of acting both cold, curious, and in control at the same time.

I think a brain using all its resources could have figured out a more efficient way of getting to the destination, than driving against the flow of traffic.
Maybe it was the quicker path,or the shorter. I think the quicker.

Well..It's 90 minutes and I've watched this a few times and Interstellar once, I like the underrated film more.
This movie is your brain on crack. Stealing cars, driving through a market, thinking that you can understand 100s of phone calls at once
She's got all this intelligence, wisdom, intuition, gut-instinct, and not a lick of insight.
The writers really dropped the ball here.

matyviola he means if the movie is supposed to go off the theory that we use 100% of our brain but only control 10% of it, then shouldn't at least the science part of the movie (not the fictional part) had used actual legitimate facts and ideas based off the theory. Not a bunch of mumbo jumbo nonsensical facts as though the audience is too stupid to realize that these facts are completely made up. Using real fakes make the story feel more real and very enjoyable and a great topic discussion.

For some reason it bothers me that she couldn't have driven so that a thousand people weren't put in direct physical risk!
Like, they could have made it look JUST as cool, with her weaving in and out of traffic, between cars, and got to their destination alot sooner than if she would have driven normally, or, faster than they would have made it if she had just let him drive.
But, she HAD to cause 50 rollover accidents, and send another hundred plus people to the E.R.

Action scenes for the sake of NOTHING more than injecting more action.
COMPLETELY illogical as they may be, SO MANY directors keep putting them in their movies, and it really takes me out of it.
I will accept ANY action scene, as long as the behavior exhibited actually makes sense.
Give her a solid reason to drive like that, and, I'm more than cool with it.
