Our Whirlpool washer is 13 years old. It was shaking and making a bad banging sound when spinning. We watched your video and took apart our washing machine. The spring was old, but still in tact. The problem that we found was that the washing machine was off track, and the area where the water goes in wasn't aligned all the way. Long story short.... when we aligned everything, al was fine. if your washer gets even the slightest bit off-track, it will knock and bump the sides of the tub. This video showed quick and easy steps to take a washer apart, and it saved us from buying a new washing machine. Thanks for sharing!

Just to let you know that your video is still helping folks. My counter balance spring did the same thing - came loose due to a rusted out hole on the frame. Getting ready to drill a new hold, reattach the spring, and let my wife enjoy doing the laundry without all the banging and rumbling. Thanks!

Dude thank you so much, mine did the exact same thing but all I did was lay my washer on its side without taking it apart and saved me time and money. You totally rock thanks
This is good information. An appliance repair man won't leave the shop for less than $50 - $100 to come fix a $10 problem. Many people are intimidated by undertaking repairs on their own, but a lot of repairs are super easy with the right information. Seeing is believing, and videos like this can help save a person that's just trying to get by a lot of money.

I have a house with myself and three women (1 wife/2 daughters) heck, even the dog is female :) So let's just say our machines get a lot of use and I'm outnumbered. I have repaired and kept washers/dryers running for 27 years now. Never had this problem and you showed me the light. Thanks bro!

First time anybody actually use the camera work very good and explain step-by-step and what was going on thank you that was great .. most of the time people skip things and you got right in there with the spring perfect thank you God bless I'm going to go look now and try it the washing machine shaking the whole entire house down for god sakes lol
Nailed it. Mine was the worn-out hole; I found the spring lying in the frame, but since I'd already bought the replacement for about $4 I put it in. Thanks for the post!
Hi, just wanted to say "thank you" for this video. I had the exact same problem. I'm sure glad you posted this-it was a tremendous help!! I did the exact same repair, drilled another hole and replaced the spring. I saved a lot of money! Thank you, thank you.
Wow! Looks easy. Hope that's what's wrong with mine. I found this video looking for shock absorbers (?) on the 80 series Kenmore. By seeing what you have shown, I'm not seeing anything like that underneath there. Looks promising even more still that I have a spring loose on mine. Thanks so much! If it weren't being used right now I'd fix it. So glad you had a very similar washer!

great job Mike! i have RODs in my whirlpool wtw5000dw, duz that mean i wont have bottom springs like yours?...aslo, how do i take the casing off like u did on the kenmore , on my whirlpool??? thank you!
Wow! Thank you! I love videos like this. I fixed my dryer for $100 (part price) by watching a tutorial. This is great. I appreciate you posting this saving me hundreds!!! :-D
Thanks for uploading this video!! Just fixed my washer, 2 springs were disconnected. And the counter balance spring in the back had worn out its hole just like yours. I also noticed that the rubber coupler between the electric motor and transmission was really worn out. Hopefully thats an easy fix too when that comes time. Also my washer doesn't agitate anymore, and when you lift the lid, it doesn't stop, so that switch is stuck, too. Thanks again!!

I have a Kenmore 70 series. I recently watch a video on how to change the coupler, it was broken and we changed it. But now the washer is banging and shaking really badly when it’s on spin mode. It never did this before until i changed the coupler. We did repair the coupler by tipping the washer a bit.
candysweet500 Thanks for watching & sharing your experience. We recommend double checking all parts & hardware are properly secured. We also recommend checking your Counter Balance Spring as shown in this video to ensure it’s still connected. If your spring is still connected and not broken, it’s possible that it’s tension has worn out over the years & is no longer working the way it needs to...it may not be strong enough to hold the required tension in order to properly balance washer during the cycle. We recommend replacing old spring with a brand new spring, this may solve your issue & at a very low friendly price. Keep us posted! Could it be possible that the water leaking from under the machine is actually from spillage caused by the tub movement? Or could it be something else?
sa Thanks for watching & that’s definitely possible. We recommend removing shell & inspecting the internal parts of machine. Verify all hoses are secured. Keep us posted. Us fellow DIY’ers need to stick together! 😎👍🔧🔩
Your advice and video are great! I have another question now that my washer stoped shaking. On this machine, how do you take the top part of the washer off from the cabinet? I think I lost or broke the tab from one side of the top part that holds it to the cabinet. Does it slide forward or pop off with a putty knife?
Hey there THANK YOU FOR VIEWING. I hope this helps. Let's get your question answered!! :-) • I you are referring to the top part with all the electrical wiring attached to it. • As you watch the video again, you will see two plastic tab connectors that hold top in place • Also screws behind part to secure it • If you're referring to the actual shell • Two metal tabs hold shell in place KEEP ME POSTED!!
Hi Michael, thanks for the quick response. I'm referring to the shell. I believe there are 2 tabs at the front on both the right and left side of the machine that connect the lid to the base of the shell, but how do i replace them? One seems to have broken or it's no longer there. Do i use a putty knife to pop it up or does it just slide off? I've seen videos where it's either or, however, those videos are of different brands. Thanks again!
Excellent! During my demonstration in the video, I use a pair of needle nose and position it in a way that it popped off easily! • The specific part you are referring to is called a ( Spring Clip ) • Locate your model number which you can find under the top door....usually located on the top of tub. • Google that specific model number and Spring clip. If it's the same washer as in my video.....it's $5.00 for a pair...😀😀😀😀 • If you can't locate it on google, try sears.com OR contact a local whirlpool store. I called my local store today to ask how much the spring set would cost and they said they could order it and have it in-store in 3 days....hope thus helps!! 😀
Thanks for sharing this! Same machine, same prob. In my case the hook on my spring rusted off, so I followed your process, then just bent a new hook on the spring where it rusted and stretched it out a bit. It worked. Now I'll just order a new spring. This was a huge help! Thanks!
Was very helpful in understanding why the washing machine wobbles and makes such a violent noise. I found that keeping the clothes inside in a balanced way seems to fix it. But that requires some attention - may be not a good thing.
Thanks, this is exactly what happened with my washer. I think the water was running down over the back of the drum when it tipped forward and we thought we had a leak.

I have a slighty different problem. There are 4 suspension rods, that hold up the tub. One rod keeps popping out of the holder. I reset it twice. I'm going to replace it the suspension rod. Is the suspension rod bad, or is it the holder at the top ? Thanks for your input. Kenmore Washer Model 110. Thanks
Bob Ully Thanks for watching Bob, that’s a great question & more common than you think! The same happened to us not too long ago! Below is a link to our unbalanced suspension encounter... ua-cam.com/video/9ModYqZcZ5s/v-deo.html Also below is an additional link to a video that shows us explaining Shock Absorbers. ua-cam.com/video/eqEb0LQI1kI/v-deo.html In your example, since the shock absorber continues to come out of the socket, you need to replace entire Suspension Rod / Shock Absorber. However the first thing you may want to try is smaller wash loads to see if a lighter weight wash load will still make your shock observer come out of its mount or socket. Let’s start there! Is there only 1 of these springs or is there another on the other side? My washer shakes and wobbles and my spring is still attached and good any suggestions of what else it could be?
unseen visitor Thanks for checking out the video and sharing your comment unseen visitor. That’s a great question & it will depend on you Make/Model/year manufactured. The washer in this video is different from other washers I’ve worked on. This is the 70 series model and only has 1 spring....however there are Kenmore washers that have more than one spring. Thanks for the video, got the spring replaced, cut can't get the outer shell back on quite the same. I do the screws and brackets, but how does the shell attach to the frame at the bottom? I can't get it right so the sides flare out at the bottom and the whole things is not so solid.
Mine's older. Found that the front bottom edge of the shell goes under the frame and the bottom side edges go on top of the frame. There are tabs on the frame at the back that stick up and fit into holes on the bottom side edges. I was trying it all on top of the frame or all under the frame which was why it wasn't working out.
OK cool and thanks our washer shakes so bad i jump outta bed because it sounds like a explosion!! LOL it really does , gonna check this out this morning

Great video Michael, unfortunately, I open the washing machine and for my surprise, all the springs look to be in place and working... any idea what else can cause the wobbling and hitting the walls... Thanks a lot.
Alex Sanchez Good morning Alex, thanks for checking out the video. A washer not working the way you need it to can be super annoying and stressful...lets figure this out. It is very common that the springs wear out and stretch over the years. You might have a single spring that has stretched out and is no longer providing the tension required during the wash cycle...thus the other springs over powering the weak spring causing the shake/unbalanced spin. I would replace all springs as it's a very inexpensive repair. In addition, I would verify that the floor is level. It's possible that the base tips of the washer have slightly worn over the years in a manner that sets it off balance during cycle. This happened to my friends washer after about 5 years of washing cloths while on a cement floor in the basement. Try washing a very light/small load and check to see if it shakes or gets out of balance...if no shaking, increase the load and do your best to load the washer evenly as you know an uneven load can get that poor washer all out of wack haha. Keep me posted! We will figure this out! Please Subscribe to the channel that would be awesome thanks again 😎👍
I have a kenmore 90 series washer. I checked the counter balance spring, its was still attached but it is pretty worn, and the hole is too. The bowl (I don't know what to call it) bangs around in there bad when it's on spin cycle. Could the spring still need changing or could it be something else? Seeing as though I have a newborn, I've got to get this thing back up and running. Any advice would be great. Thanks.
Michael Bush What’s up Michael, thanks for checking out the video and sharing your experience. I definitely understand needing to get this washer back to good running status. Believe or not, these little springs can wear out over time! The springs reach a point at which they have endured many many wash cycles and begin to lose strength...but might not brake yet. With this said, the springs will no longer provide the required tension to properly control the wash bowl as it spins... Newer washer models have more than 1 spring. I have replaced newer washer springs due to this exact issue...however the difference is with the newer washers, it’s very important to change ALL springs at the same time...this is to insure that the new spring tension doesn’t over power the other springs tension...causing an imbalance to remain your issue even though you replaced a single spring. Keep me posted. If this doesn’t help solve the wobble/shake, there are a few other things that we can look into. Please subscribe to the channel and turn on your UA-cam notifications that would be awesome thanks again Michael. Let’s get this washer back running good 😎👍
Zach0711 Very cool. Thanks for checking out the video. This isn't to bad of a project and shouldn't cost much of any $$. Keep me posted on your progress. Let me know if you have any questions along the way. Subscribe to the channel that would be awesome thanks again 😀👍
I have a similar model. (underneath is exactly the same) and I have the violate shaking in the spin cycle. However upon inspecting, all three springs are in place and seem ok. I can tell you that the two up front seem to me to be a bit week and the machine has not been setting level. Can you give me some ideas on what to suspect or what to try first? Thank You, John
Hey John thanks for checking out the video. Just to make sure, you do not have a front loader correct? The suspension / anti-rattle springs play a vital role in the smooth shock absorption. Although it is rare that you need to replace all springs...it can happen. I highly recommend replacing all springs at the same time. If not you may run into what we call "The rabbit race". You buy one spring and instal it only to find out it still shakes/wobbles. This leads you away from the springs all together and you find yourself focusing on the tub itself. Some machines have an dampening strap that also absorbs vibration. So then you replace a few other items an still no improvement. At the end you find out it was a weakened / stretched spring that looked good to the naked eye however was failing to live up to its required performance during the wash. Try the springs and keep me posted....and as you mentioned, make sure that the washer is on level ground.
thank you for sharing this video! i was having similar problems and i watched this, went in the laundry room and gave the washer a shake. viola i could hear the spring swinging around in there. i drilled a new hole and im back in business! thanks again!

Hi I have the 80 series which seems similar, dismantled everything just to find the springs to be ok. Any other ideas as to what sets it into mad mode once spinning is activated ? Much appreciated ! Ps: assuming something way worse happened to mine ? It was banging very loudly for 30 sec or so until I managed to shut it off... help is appreciated!
Jiri Marek Thanks for watching. Depending on which 80 series you have, you may have an additional spring on other side of bowl. It’s also possible that you might have a broken shock absorber. Check all lower struts & verify they are in good condition. Also ensure that your machine is on level ground. Keep us posted! thank you. My washing machine wobbles so horribly that I feel the it will explode ! I checked all the counter balance springs and all are properly attached !! Anything else can be wrong for violent wobble ??
+Cap Code Thanks for viewing, sorry for the delay. Are all your leg mounts still firm? Is the floor that the washer sits on firm.....sometimes ( Like Mine haha ) will wobble and bang on the side of the wall haha....
Been having this problem with my 70 series. I see propped the washer back a bit and saw the spring connected but covered in old dirty lint and pretty rusty. Could my spring have lost it's tension? Is that common?
TheBlomberFactory Thanks for watching & sharing your experience! That is definitely a possibility & we have seen this more times than you would think. A new spring is definitely recommended. Your spring’s tension has most likely weakened to a point that it’s no longer able to hold washer bowl in place. Keep us posted on your project, we are here to help! Please subscribe to the channel and turn on your UA-cam notification Bell 🛎 that would be awesome thanks again! 😎👍🔧🔩
I'm going to take a shot and hope you get this soon. I have the exact issue. So I'm happy that I can fix it - BUT... I'm having a lot of trouble drilling the hole. It's a very tight spot. Any advice?
scarchin Thanks for watching & sharing your experience. It’s definitely a tricky place to drill a hole as you don’t have much surface to work with. Let’s start with the drill bit. You want to make sure that you have a bit that is specifically for drilling through metal. In the event that you have a bit that is specifically for drilling wood, it will never give you a good clean nor friendly cut, it will be very difficult & annoying. We hope this helps, keep us posted! Please subscribe to the channel and turn on your UA-cam notification Bell 🛎 that would be awesome thanks again! 😎👍🔧🔩
Rick S Thanks for watching Rick S. Absolutely & this is more common than you think. Over the years the tension and strength of the spring decreases and wears out to a point where the spring will act as if it’s not even connected due to its weakness. Replacing spring should solve your issue. Keep us posted on your DIY project. Please subscribe to the channel and turn on your UA-cam notification Bell 🛎 that would be awesome thanks again. 😎👍🔧🔩
hi, got a question. my daughter has an Amana and it shakes and is loud at the spin cycle. the springs on all four corners seem to be in tact just from pressing the sides of the barel and her clothes are balanced in the washer. the washer is balanced on the floor. help please
onehoneybear Thanks for checking out the video. Since you have determined your springs are in good working condition...it's time to look at the Shock absorbers. The Shock absorbers....or referred to as "Struts" by some people...are located at the base of the Tub / and frame. Remove the shell as you did to check your springs and locate the Shock absorbers/ Struts. To get a better idea of what they look like....Look up Shock absorbers on google for your washing machine....they are pretty easy to change as well as pretty inexpensive. Keep me posted...hope this helps. Also...Don't forget to subscribe to the channel that would be awesome thanks again 😀👍

Same for me, spring laying on floor under machine. Now I have to figure out why, seems like I have a lot of rust under that machine where the spring should fit, have not taken off the cover yet to get a good look.
Thanks for watching! If your spring is still connected, it might be worn and stretched. It is a great idea to spend the few bucks and swap it out. A new spring might be the solution. I'd start with that. Please keep me posted!!!
Ray Salinas Thanks for checking out the video. Are you planning on replacing springs and getting machine back up and running in normal fashion? Springs are an easy fix and won't hurt the bank account. Please Subscribe to the channel that would be awesome 😎👍
Hi Michael, I have a Kenmore model 110-91554210 , the problem I'm having is the tub seems out of alignment with the water filler causing the water to run down inside the back of the machine and all over the floor. Could this be a broken spring or an out of line skate plate. The tub spins fine with no knocking noise. Need some help before I tare the whole thing apart. I don't have a lot of room to work without moving a lot of stuff like a chest freezer and a dryer. Thanks for any ideas.
Al Kalil Thanks for watching. Is the floor level? The tub itself depending on the model will have balance springs...one of yours may be weak or damaged. You will need to remove shell to really get a good look at the internal parts. Keep us posted. We are here to help! 😎👍🔧🔩
I can't figure out the very first step needed to pop off the side brackets. This step isn't included in your video, so you must have loosened them prior to filming it. (?) My washing machine is a Kenmore 400. Could you please explain how to simply "pop" them off so I can get to the screws? Thank you.
Never mind...I found the answer on another video. My machine requires you to slide a putty knife under it in order to unhook the thingy (lol) to lift it up. There are no screws to remove either; just had to pop the other bracket off with the pliers. It's not the balance spring.....I'll continue searching for the answer. Bummer!
Thanks for checking out the video and sharing your comment. Sorry to hear you had trouble with the disconnection....but glad to hear you got it off :-) What exactly are you experiencing with your washer?? Subscribe to the channel that would be awesome.
Trevor Moon Thanks for checking out the video and sharing your comment. That’s a great question! Overtime...these little springs wear out...become loose, stretched, & no longer hold the required tension to balance washer bowl... In the event that you are experiencing whobbling washer bowl & your springs are intacted & not broken...it might be time to purchase brand new spring...even though your old spring is not broke. On new washing machines, there are more than one spring. You want to make sure you replace all springs at same time. Newer washing machines also have additional balancing parts known as Shock Absorbers. They look like Hydraulic struts. It’s common to have Shock Absorbers weaken over the years as well as possibly become disconnected if the wobbling is severe. You want to address that immediately! DIY With Michael Borders Thank you for thr reply. My washer has 3 springs for thr main bowl as well as one in the back like you've shown. Do you have part numbers for these? Mine looks identacle to the one you have
Trevor Moon Thanks for the reply Trevor! Unfortunately I don’t have part numbers on hand. Here’s what I recommend. Open your washer door & locate model serial #. Then go to: RepairClinic.com Enter your serial # into site & every single part & part number will be provided. This is a great place to purchase all your machine parts. 😎👍🔧🔩
My washer is a kenmore 600, the drum wobbles a great amount and it smacks into the silver back plating making a really loud thumping. I did these steps but all my springs are intact. Do you think they could have stretched out over time? If i move the drum with my hand it barley moves back into place.
+Randy Kennedy Thanks for viewing and commenting...That is definitely a possibility.....the springs are so cheap its worth checking before spending lots of money...keep me posted!! Subscribe to the channel thanks again!
Todd Bradley Thanks for watching Todd, have you inspected the internal wiring that leads to power/play button as well as remaining parts. Look for any signs of stress in wiring such as melted/burned areas. This can lead to an electrical shortage & may lead to your Washer performing an EMER shutdown. Let’s start there, keep us posted! Melissa Francis Thanks for checking out the video. Are you referring to the connection points that allow the actual Shell/cover to fit back into. hi i have a whirlpool washer LRS8010PQ2 ... the whole tub wobbles and shakes and makes banging noise and hits the side of the cover..... i changed the three smaller springs but not counter balance it seems perfectly fine although it is 5 years old... after changing the other three small ones it is still banging ,,,,..... do i change the counter balance spring? how do i know it is bad? NOTE: i am editing this because the three springs and tub pads i changed worked. my machine works perfectly, i didn't have to buy a new machine after all
+waltar jahn Awesome, thanks for viewing and commenting....I would definitely change out the counter balance spring. The new springs might be more firm than the counter balance causing the uneven tension...Subscribe to the channel if you're up to it. Thanks!!

Don't you need to release the rear panel too before taking apart the top portion and the front? The last time I took my machine apart to get to the inner parts I had to take the rear panel off, but it was a part from the rear too. I thought the rear panel and the front were connected.

We did repair the coupler by tipping the washer a bit.
candysweet500
Thanks for watching & sharing your experience.

Your advice and video are great! I have another question now that my washer stoped shaking. On this machine, how do you take the top part of the washer off from the cabinet? I think I lost or broke the tab from one side of the top part that holds it to the cabinet. Does it slide forward or pop off with a putty knife?
Hey there THANK YOU FOR VIEWING. I hope this helps. Let's get your question answered!! :-)
• I you are referring to the top part with all the electrical wiring attached to it.
• As you watch the video again, you will
see two plastic tab connectors that
hold top in place
• Also screws behind part to secure it
• If you're referring to the actual shell
• Two metal tabs hold shell in place
KEEP ME POSTED!!
• The specific part you are referring to is called
a ( Spring Clip )
• Locate your model number which you can
find under the top door....usually located
on the top of tub.
• Google that specific model number and
Spring clip. If it's the same washer as in my
video.....it's $5.00 for a pair...😀😀😀😀
• If you can't locate it on google, try
sears.com OR contact a local whirlpool
store. I called my local store today to ask
how much the spring set would cost and
they said they could order it and have it
in-store in 3 days....hope thus helps!! 😀
Thanks for sharing this! Same machine, same prob. In my case the hook on my spring rusted off, so I followed your process, then just bent a new hook on the spring where it rusted and stretched it out a bit. It worked. Now I'll just order a new spring. This was a huge help! Thanks!
Haha thats great news. Thanks for checking out the video and sharing you're update. Thats too cool. Subscribe to the channel if you're up to it!
Was very helpful in understanding why the washing machine wobbles and makes such a violent noise. I found that keeping the clothes inside in a balanced way seems to fix it. But that requires some attention - may be not a good thing.

Thanks

Also below is an additional link to a video that shows us explaining Shock Absorbers.
ua-cam.com/video/eqEb0LQI1kI/v-deo.html
In your example, since the shock absorber continues to come out of the socket, you need to replace entire Suspension Rod / Shock Absorber.
However the first thing you may want to try is smaller wash loads to see if a lighter weight wash load will still make your shock observer come out of its mount or socket.
Let’s start there! Keep us posted! Please subscribe to the channel and turn on your UA-cam notification Bell that would be awesome thanks again! 😎👍🔧🔩

The washer in this video is different from other washers I’ve worked on. This is the 70 series model and only has 1 spring....however there are Kenmore washers that have more than one spring.
We have also worked on LG washing machines that have 3-4 springs as well as 3-4 Shock Absorbing Struts.
We also recommend trying Rubber Anti- Vibration Pads. Below is a link...

Thanks for the video, got the spring replaced, cut can't get the outer shell back on quite the same. I do the screws and brackets, but how does the shell attach to the frame at the bottom? I can't get it right so the sides flare out at the bottom and the whole things is not so solid.
Awesome, thanks for viewing. You may have several bolts on the outer lower portion of the bowl. Is your model the same series (70)? Keep me posted.
Thanks for the update.

Let’s get this washer back running good 😎👍
Going to attempt this on Saturday. If this is whats causing it I will probably order a few of them so I have spares. Thanks!

Thank You,
John
I filled the area around the drum with expanding foam and wrapped the basin with counter-opposing bungee cords. course I'm an idiot. but it worked!
Haha thats great....hey if it worked you win right...:-) Well done. Thanks for the update. Subscribe to the channel thanks again!

Jiri Marek
Thanks for watching.

TheBlomberFactory
Thanks for watching & sharing your experience! That is definitely a possibility & we have seen this more times than you would think. A new spring is definitely recommended. Your spring’s tension has most likely weakened to a point that it’s no longer able to hold washer bowl in place.

I'm going to take a shot and hope you get this soon. I have the exact issue. So I'm happy that I can fix it - BUT... I'm having a lot of trouble drilling the hole. It's a very tight spot. Any advice?
scarchin
Thanks for watching & sharing your experience.

Good video, thank you, however my Kenmore is a stacked washer and dryer. How different is it to replace the spring?
Thanks for viewing. It shouldn't be much different. Your springs will be in same general location.
My washer is doing the same thing but the springs are not broken. Is it possible the springs are weak ??
Rick S
Thanks for watching Rick S. Absolutely & this is more common than you think. Over the years the tension and strength of the spring decreases and wears out to a point where the spring will act as if it’s not even connected due to its weakness.
Replacing spring should solve your issue. Keep us posted on your DIY project.

hi, got a question. my daughter has an Amana and it shakes and is loud at the spin cycle. the springs on all four corners seem to be in tact just from pressing the sides of the barel and her clothes are balanced in the washer. the washer is balanced on the floor. help please
onehoneybear Thanks for checking out the video.

If the spring is still good and connected and the washer still wobbles, what do you think it could be?
Thanks for watching! If your spring is still connected, it might be worn and stretched. It is a great idea to spend the few bucks and swap it out. A new spring might be the solution. I'd start with that. Please keep me posted!!!
Thank you. All my springs broke. And my washer is pretty big so I'm bummed.

Al Kalil
Thanks for watching. Is the floor level? The tub itself depending on the model will have balance springs...one of yours may be weak or damaged. You will need to remove shell to really get a good look at the internal parts. Keep us posted. We are here to help!

Thanks Mike looks like my problem as I have an older unit.
You are welcome, thank YOU. Older units are nice to have. Looking forward to hearing back from you.
Sorry to hear you had trouble with the disconnection....but glad to hear you got it off :-)

Hey hi I have a kenmore 90 it wash but when I put fast fast. Goes crazy in one way only what should i do
What if my springs are intact but my machine still wobbles allover the place and leanes to one side?
Trevor Moon
Thanks for checking out the video and sharing your comment.

My washer is a kenmore 600, the drum wobbles a great amount and it smacks into the silver back plating making a really loud thumping. I did these steps but all my springs are intact.
