no i know the song. I meant why didn't I know about them playing live in STL where I live in 2005 and of all songs a rare one thats only been played live a couple times.
at 0:44 he says 'it's now my fate' and the line before that was different to, normally the normal lyrics are "And time has made the spell abate And now it's time to desecrate" o.o
Well maybe you were just unlucky and didn't find out? Just like how I would have loved to have seen the Rocket Baby Dolls but I never knew they were playing ;(
Bellamy is such a talented songwriter, the intervention of producers for the BH&R recording disappoints me… That song was so heavy, it has become a groovy kind of song, coz a producer decided it will be… I don’t mean the final version is actually bad but doesn’t sound like the initial idea… A lack of spontaneity…
The earlier versions are so much heavier and more powerful, but the released version has a certain infectious catchiness
The recorded version is so catchy it's sick.
It's interesting to see the difference between this version, the 2004 version played at Earl's Court, and the final version released in 2006.
I remember this show, this show was a freaking blast
You lucky Man
Wish they had played this during 2006 onwards :(
Wish they would bring this back.
If you want this version of the song, download the Earls' Court live album, it has this song and a couple of other wonderful songs in it.
link?

This video had no business to pop up on my Home and I had no choice but to click and it scares me it's uploaded 13years ago. So long ago 😭
You basically summarised Muse before and Muse after Blackholes and Revelations.

Great photos! Where did he wear the silver suit?! Thanks for this rare gem version. Love how Muse is always reinventing their music. So creative!
