Rocky Mountain ATV MC when I install the two bushings at the bottom and slide the upper portion into the bottom portion, the bushings don’t stay put. Maybe the bottom one does but the top one slides up. Is that normal?

You have a video that shows how to remove the rear shock assembly clearly showing the location of suspension or lowering components?

*bdpa kaknox* The process for the XR650R would be pretty much the same. You would for sure want to follow your bike models specific service manual for proper torque specifications.

is there any recommendation as to how often we should inspect/change fork seals?

The main problem I am having is the oil seal is nearly impossible to press in. So I have 2 questions, does the second larger bushing need to be pressed in somewhere? And would you recommend heating or freezing the seal to ease installation?

This was very helpful, but how did you get that bottom bolt to go on. It just spins no matter what I do. I cant get it to torque down at all.
