- Everyone loves an easy, mouth-watering chicken dish! This dish is easy to prepare and has an impressive presentation.
3-4 chicken breasts- split in half like a butterfly
1/4 C flour
salt and pepper
3 cloves of garlic
1 C chicken broth
1 C heavy cream
1/2 C parmesan cheese
1 tsp chili flakes
1/4 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp thyme
1/3 C chopped sun dried tomatoes
Fresh basil for garnish
Heat a large skillet with 2 Tbsp butter and 2 Tbsp oil. Dredge chicken in flour and place in pan. Salt and pepper to taste. Cook each side 4-5 minutes until golden brown. Remove chicken from pan and set aside. Put garlic in pan and then chicken broth and scrape any brown bits up. Add heavy cream, chili flakes, oregano and thyme. Stir to combine, bring to a simmer and then add parmesan cheese. Add chicken back into skillet and cook for another 5 minutes. Chicken should reach an internal temperature of 160°. Serve over a bed of pasta, potatoes or rice. Enjoy!

Looks like your fur baby is hoping for a bite too😅 So cute!
Always enjoy the bloopers at the end of the videos. Chicken sure looks good.
I'm glad you enjoy watching how human I am...and goofy! This chicken is super delicious - thanks for watching!
I tried this recipe, I made it with broccoli and bowtie pasta, it came out delish.
Sounds delish!
I just found you, looking for this particular recipe.... you cook like a real home cook...very much like myself! Looking forward to trying this, and seeing more of you!
Thank you so much!
Yum!!!!
You are such a likable person...I wish I had you for a neighbour. But alas, I live in Toronto, Canada. Can't wait to make this dish (with dark meat) and the angel hair pasta you suggested. Just a tip for you - try putting a wet washcloth under your cutting board next time - it won't move. Do you know who named this dish? Such a cute name, you just can't forget it.
No woman ever wanted to make me that chicken....
No! You should always salt and pepper first. Salt draws out the moisture and the chicken absorbs the salt. Always season your protein first.
I don’t eat chicken. Please cook some turkey dishes. I’m going to make Marry me Turkey😂❤
Turkey is a great substitute for chicken.
marry me chicken sounds great miss dinah. do you grill this?
Its made on the stovetop in a skillet.
@@InTheKitchenWithDinah what the heck miss dinah? well, i thought grace from team blake’s team but it had to be jeene miles the winner of the voice? what? i don’t know about you but jeena miles is too quiet of a singer. you know a lot more about singing than i do lol😭
@@InTheKitchenWithDinah sorry, i just wanted my favorite girl grace west to be the winner of the voice. marry me chicken sounds great for a wedding. correct me if i’m wrong, but didn’t you say you’re doing another video on chicken next week? right?
👨🏼🍳🍹🍄🥘🌳🌺🫑
I’m sorry, but I’m skeptical about any chicken dish encouraging me to marry someone. Maybe fried chicken, with a extra crispy crust.
I understand where you're coming from, but its one of those dishes that is soooo good, it kinda has to be made fun of!
Hahahaha
followed by "I want a divorce dessert".....
HAHA! I wonder what kind of dessert that would be? - hopefully happily ever after is a super long time
