Banks today wouldn't let you open an account in the name of a cat unless you provided tax file numbers and 100 points of ID etc etc. So it would have to be a trust account.
And just to add, I am not usually nostalgic for the 'good old days' because I know they weren't good for a lot of people, but I do miss the simplicity of my younger years, before things became so complex and complicated. It just seemed more innocent back in 'the day's. But I'm another silly old woman I guess.
This is literally the best thing I've ever seen on UA-cam ever. It's utterly glorious. Meow-valas in fact. And Quince is gorgeous, what a showstopping floof.
Firstly Colour film was expensive, it probably shot on a 16mm cine camera, also this was probably for TV broadcast and a majority of UK televisions were black and white, most british didn't get colour TV sets to late 1970s. So there was very little need to go to that expense anyway .
That cat adored her! Had to laugh when she talked about the blood money her kitty donated to the Royal Bird Society.
The cat"wait, you've been giving our money to cathedrals?! 😅
That tabby knew where his bread was buttered.
Bless the great british ecentric!
Long may they continue!
What an absolute fruit bat. Love her❤
Watching this gave Harry Rednapp a good idea
Adorable piece and cats. A simpler time when one could broadcast a cheque book showing account number and sort code.
I keep wishing I could make her a cup of tea!

@@annierosha5946 No, you're not. You're a woman with kind intentions - nothing wrong with that, at all.
All you can do with those details is pay money in, its zero security risk.
I love her! 💗🫂

Why was this in black and white?
