Great descriptions of both machines.
Great video again. Keep up the great work Sir
Great video! Thanks for making things so clear.
You're very welcome!
Informative.
Good information bro.
I have subscribed. You have great details. Can you talk about U block technology as well
wow that's the best way
Great videa!!How many tons are required from hidraulicpress?
Do they need to be burned? I'm thinking of buying the manual one. I have do fencing and a animal structures like pig pen etc. I want to use a way which is cheaper than buying stones
Great job! Very helpful. Just one note: the letter S in CSEB stands for Stabilized, not Soil.
Thanks for the correction
Good job, my brother.
Thanks
Luar biasa.....
I would like to know the prices of both machines and where they are found
What is the process of curing?
Great
Thank you for the video and insight. how many standard blocks does 6:1 make? instead of the 6inch block what is the wide block used for? ie applications
The wide format blocks are used for walling but because they're thicker, they use up more soil
Can you ship in the philippines?
Manual bricks looks very nice
How can I get the hydraulic machine. Am currently in Juba South Sudan
How can get it in Cameroon
Very good and cost saving ISSB machine. I am from Papua New Guinea I would like to buy 1 manual standard ISSB machine and 1 curve ISSB machine.
I'm very interested about the manual ISSB brick machines.
Thank you
Six months back , you had promised a seperate special video, showing how curved blocks are actually produced , to my request at that time. Please do needful at your earliest, thanking you
Not very demanding of you! ......pfffft so entitled.
@ Ravindra Karandikar: If you have a look at one of his other videos, which, I am not able to find, there is actually 3 machines that are used to produce the different bricks. One is set up as a curved block making machine, with a curved mold in the machine.
What upsets me is that you have to buy the 3 separate machines to do each block. As was said elsewhere, I am in the process of building my own machine. Am setting it up to be able to make different products and different sizes.
Where can I find this machine? I need to buy
Thanks for this great video. I would like one for a home wall fence. One that is not curved. How much will that cost
98000ksh
Can you use issb blocks to construct foundation footings ?
No, because they don't have good waterproofing abilities unlike foundation stones.
Dear sir flyash cement sand aggregate Quentty mix Design please provide
Looking to buy 3 machines
Where/how to buy?
I like how neat the blocks are when assembled together to make a beautiful neat wall, what pazzles me is how an electrician will do his wiring job, will this beautiful neat wall has to be chiseled?
Yes unfortunately it will have to be chiseled
Boss that mixing ratio.... ???? Professionals advice 10: 1 that's soil to cement
One bag of cement is mixed by how many wheelbarrows of soil and approximate of how many liters of water?
I need the manual machine pls.
Ratio by weight???
A detailed video, but I calculate it is 12-14s per cycle for the hydraulic brick making machine, so 2050-2400bricks per day
Thanks for the calculation
I need one
@@perismwanyika9093 Please contact us for details of brick machines, WhatsApp +86 157 1539 6535. emily@fulangmachine.com
1. Prroducing 400 has been impossible. I 3 guys the sieve the day before and still i get 160 at most.
2. How can i know have the perfect soil, when you rub the brick it shades off
3. Can you used stone dust and cememt and does it matter which type 32.5 or 42.5
Do you add sand to mixing?
No you don't
Hallo, just wondering if it's possible to rent out the machine for someone who wants to hire for a few days
Yes it's possible. You can consult with an issb contractor and agree on hiring rates
@@PropertyNomaHow much prices Tz shs
Between cement n sand to cement and soil, which more stronger.
Sand isn't suitable because it has a lot air gaps and can't bond properly with cement. So it's cement and soil
Iam a Indian how can purchase man power interlock bricks mishon
for manual machine since productivity is limited hence increase the size of block to double the size to 2x2ft with 8 or 10 inch width
But the muscle power to pull the lever will also be twice as high. No real saving here.
@@tupG u can try and see the difference since larger 24x12x8inch block has saving in lower joint leading to lower mortar, faster construction, cleaner finish hence can directly use 0.5 inch thick lime putty as paint cum plaster to save money over conventional 9x4x3inch bricks and to reduce weight can make it hollow by having 2inch walls of block to have 4inch air gap to act as natural insulation
@@sainiamarjeet I only responded to the productivity of the machine itself.
That larger blocks have advantages, as you rightly pointed out, is a different topic.
@@tupG manual machines r in majority in africa not in india due to lack of power availability.
@@tupG pls check the manual machine and size of the earthen Compressed block making video
How much compressive strength for each block could you achieve ??? With manual and hydraulic compression???
Manual- 2-3 N/mm2
Hydraulic-4-5MPa
Compressive strength will depend on the ratio of cement added to the soil
@@PropertyNoma thank you
Is the hydraform machine available for hire?
Yeah you can hire from a contractor who has it
Try checking Ministry of housing offices in your area. Embu, Nakuru, Eldoret, Nyeri have the hydrafoam machines. Accessing the machines should be free but you will need to hire labour
I wish to know curved block machine takes out curved blocks. How curve block die works.
Hopefully I can find a project using curved blocks and make a video for you
Hi ! Im from burundi how can i get the manual machine? Any contact whsp of makiga !
Kindly check the contact page on their website and see if their numbers are on WhatsApp
thank you for the information. how can i get the manual machine in ethiopia?
Kindly contact Makiga company for more details about shipping
Can I mix soil, sand and cement?
Not sand, just suitable soil and cement. Typical mixing ratio 5-10% cement to 90-95% soil
I use 5.5 parts sand, 3.5 parts clay, 1 part Portland cement. I use masonry sand. It works great! Takes 21 days to cure and I place them in a tub filled with water the entire time. This stabilizes the block for areas that have snow or high moisture/rainfall.
@@seymorepoohtang3080 Thanks for your information Seymore! Much appreciated
How much is the hydraulic ISSB machine?
Around 13000 rands at the time of publishing the video. Check out Hydraform's website for more information
Hi i am from south Africa where can i get the machine and how much
Hydraform for hydraulic machine - South Africa, approx $19,000-$20,000
Manual machine - Makiga from Kenya, approx $900-$1000
@@PropertyNoma how can i get it since I am from south Africa
@@zwivhuyambambale7370 From Hydraform for the hydraulic machine and Makiga for the manual one.
One of the problems with the hydrualic machine was shown in that video. Variation of length of the block / brick. As for needing 3 machines to make the bricks, someone has not done their engineering properly. The new machine that I am getting commissioned will be able to make 4 or 5 block types from the one unit, and 3 or 4 blocks at the one time. Many people have not done their homework on the construction of the machines!
Which machine make and model makes more than one kind
@@noahsherman4542: The one that I am making myself! I have seen the Chinese efforts for the single brick machines, and the ones on here, and am not impressed. Even here, requiring 3 machines to make individual bricks, to me, is a waste of resources and money! It is going to take me several months, but, when it is up and running, it should be a great machine to observe in action, run by one person. If I can set it up properly, I should be able to produce 400 mould fills, on my own, per day. Bearing in mind that it is going to be producing a mixture of 400 * 200 square interlocking blocks and 300 * 150 * 100 CSEB. It will also mean that I have to run two different mixes, as both of the products are a different mixture. Facility is also there that a 250 * 125 * 70 / 100 CSEB can be produced as well, from the same machine!
I will not run the tongue and groove type block, as they are not able to be vertically stabilised in the wall, nor is there facility to deliver the power / gas / water / comms in the wall without cutting into the bricks, which damages the structual integrity of the wall.
Estimate at this time is a June / July 2023 start, so keep an eyeball peeled around that time!
I agree . Please let me know when your is up and running and has quality control with pass mention and durabilty.
@@111jacare I will definitely keep my eyeballs peeled.
African engineers need to step up........I am not an engineer but these look simple and shouldnt be this expensive. when i am ready to buy i will use chinese as first option I dont support mediocrity.
Thanks but you have not talked about the quality of blocks for each machine type.
The hydraulic machine produces a higher quality block because of the higher compression force
Super!! Où on peut avoir cette machine ? Je suis en Côte d'Ivoire merci
How much the manual machine,am in Zambia
Between $700-$1000 depending on discounts
Realistically speaking I don't think it's possible to put out 400 blocks a day using the manual machine cause I use a wide ISSB machine and I can produce around 150 a day for now which is a hustle, no joke. So I would really like to know how to put out as much as 500 a day, what's the secret?
3 guys… 2 mixing the clay, sand and Portland and one guy pressing the block. We were doing about 430 per 8hrs. By yourself doing 150 is a ball busting venture.
Just seen this now. My question is can one hire the machine. It’s uneconomical to buy just to put up a house and wonder what to do with it if you are not in the construction business
Yes you can hire
I need this mechin, I am from india
I don't sell the machine. You can contact Makiga or Hydraform in the description of this video.
If you’re in India, I would check out the Aurum 3000 press from Aureka in Auroville, Tamil Nadu. It’s deemed to be the best manual press in the world and great block mold options. Also, the best training on earth based analysis, mix, block production and earth construction.
