      @ Ravindra Karandikar: If you have a look at one of his other videos, which, I am not able to find, there is actually 3 machines that are used to produce the different bricks. One is set up as a curved block making machine, with a curved mold in the machine.
      What upsets me is that you have to buy the 3 separate machines to do each block. As was said elsewhere, I am in the process of building my own machine. Am setting it up to be able to make different products and different sizes.

    One of the problems with the hydrualic machine was shown in that video. Variation of length of the block / brick. As for needing 3 machines to make the bricks, someone has not done their engineering properly. The new machine that I am getting commissioned will be able to make 4 or 5 block types from the one unit, and 3 or 4 blocks at the one time. Many people have not done their homework on the construction of the machines!

      @111jacare Рік тому +1

      @@noahsherman4542: The one that I am making myself! I have seen the Chinese efforts for the single brick machines, and the ones on here, and am not impressed. Even here, requiring 3 machines to make individual bricks, to me, is a waste of resources and money! It is going to take me several months, but, when it is up and running, it should be a great machine to observe in action, run by one person. If I can set it up properly, I should be able to produce 400 mould fills, on my own, per day. Bearing in mind that it is going to be producing a mixture of 400 * 200 square interlocking blocks and 300 * 150 * 100 CSEB. It will also mean that I have to run two different mixes, as both of the products are a different mixture. Facility is also there that a 250 * 125 * 70 / 100 CSEB can be produced as well, from the same machine!
      I will not run the tongue and groove type block, as they are not able to be vertically stabilised in the wall, nor is there facility to deliver the power / gas / water / comms in the wall without cutting into the bricks, which damages the structual integrity of the wall.
      Estimate at this time is a June / July 2023 start, so keep an eyeball peeled around that time!
