After my dhikr today i came up with your video. And very exhausted for past years after my divorce that i become stagnant and afraid to interact more with people i pushed myself at work to forget my emotional wellbeing ,living alone as revert within my family i became a people pleaser just so they wont cut their ties with me, and also at work, i forgot to say NO as i want them to see islam within me thru kindness yet. I destroyed myself unknowingly...may Allah heal us all ameen

If I were to do what he did to me, he would have probably been destroyed.
I had to stand up for myself and stop being used as a doormat, but after 22 years of marriage, it was/is painful.
