No moral teachings are lock on its own because every language is own by God. They come in their own forms so that the people of its language understood. Moral ethics is universal. I think Rumi's poetry is embedded in Islamic teachings focusing on one's character development. And another I do not have any judgment towards Rumi because I don't have the right, only Allah SWT has. All I can say Rumi is an enlightened soul.
