Did you ever use the kit all put together - what results did you get.. I have NiSi v6 filter system and thinking about getting the filter attachement for the 7-14 lens - just not sure if it is going to be worth it, especially since the polarizer does not fit the adapter and would require another $200 peice of glass. Love to see what images you got from it.. Cheers

Hey James - the filter holder works great with the 7-14mm lens and holds 2 filters. Honestly though I'd pass on getting the polarizing filter, as it is not a circular polarizer and takes up one of the square holder slots and isn't that effective at that wide of an angle. I have that same OLYMPUS 7 to 14 mm pro lens. I was really disappointed when I discovered that the “threaded circular polarizer” from the V6 kit from NiSi, does NOT attach to the NiSi filter adapter for this specific OLYMPUS wide-angle lens. I now except that I am going to have to buy a “Square 100 mm x 100 mm circular polarizer filter”. However this is not as easy to find as I expected. I wanted some nano coatings, and I wanted a filter that would arrive quickly before my trip to the Mt. Rainier Area. The NiSi Square polarizer filter appears to be linear, not circular (which won’t work with auto focus I hear).
Please say you have a suggestion for a couple good circular polarizer filters to work with the NiSi adapter and this OLYMPUS lens? Then I can hunt for one that won’t take weeks to special order,…

You don’t use linear polarizers on digital sensors.

@@SLow-fb3qm Linear polarizers work just fine on digital sensors. You'd just have to use manual focus, not AF.
